We went to the hotel thru a rented car. It can easily be located via google map. The staff were very accommodating and warm. Before our departure, they even provided us simple food to be packed for breakfast since we have an early flight. The room was clean and cozy with a jacuzzi at the porch overlooking the aegean sea. The community was serene and it is ~20-30 min drive to Oia, airport, and seaport. Highly recommended.

Like visiting family! Amazing people, Apostolis at the reception, Maria and Vasilis the lovely couple preparing food and amazing coffee 💯 💯 💯 Views it's Santorini so no need for praise, God certainly enjoyed creating Santorini 🙏🙏🙏 The property overlooks the east side of the island, unobstructed views for miles, a magical sunrise for sure... Less than 2 minutes away from the property you are at the Imerovigli point according to Google maps. This is where you do your insta pictures, and as you can imagine it is busy and loud even in October. But once you do your insta duty you are lucky to return to Phaos for some peace and quite... Rooms clean and minimalistic as per Santorini tradition. The jacuzzi is a much needed ad on as it gets proper 🔥 even in October Definitely will go back, hopefully soon...

What a beautiful place to stay. Right in the middle of the island with just a walk away from stunning restaurants with a view. Could see the sunrise from our bed, comfy pillows and breakfast brought to our room every morning. Staff are lovely, really friendly and made us feel welcome. Also a daily morning greet from a puppy that they have now adopted called lucky who loves a fuss and a bit of breakfast. We miss him already! We hired a quad to get around the island to see all the beach's at the bottom and then to the top of the island for the sunset. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you all for having us Sheri & Chris

Lovely views across to the Aegean and a clean fresh apartment with lovely balcony with table and chairs where you could enjoy the views and sit in the evening. We had a Grand Suite with sea view split level - there was a twin room with AC, a communal lounge with AC and upstairs a mezzanine type loft room with a double but the ceiling was very low at the sides and had no AC so was hot at night. The coffee was not complimentary (2Euros per capsule). The continental breakfast included (worth 8Euros) was not good at all - you had to choose either juice or coffee but the juice was made up and the coffee for 2 was a little pot with no milk (extra). Overall it was quite expensive but that's Santorini!

Stayed at Phaos Santorini Suites for six days. Great location- between Oia and Fira, with parking, and across the street from both the famed Santorini caldera walk and a wonderful restaurant, Pink Sophia. The room was nice, sea view, and comfortable- the temperature, the bed and pillows. Price also reasonable. That said, a few things I'd change or add: Add a microwave, so we can sometimes just eat leftovers and chill, or buy some local food to eat at home. Tea and water are free, but you pay for coffee in the room, and that should be free. Continental breakfast is included, but does not include cereal, juice or eggs- all extra charges. That should all be included. Also, a power outage one day, and three another day! Supposedly this is island-wide, but why no backup generators? A few changes would bump things from suitable to great here.

Amazing place with a great view. Very friendly staff and spacious rooms designed with a minimalist aesthetic that embraces the traditional Cycladic architecture. Definitely try the Greek omelette for breakfast!

The apartment is beautiful and clean as described. The location is perfect for sunrise everyday and sunset watching is nearby . Landscape is manicured with grape vines , succulents, olive trees, pine and palm trees and the beautiful flowering bougainvillea all make the sunrise breathtaking ! The room ( 16) we stayed in was huge for the three of us . It has a patio that we all love during morning coffee and evening wine . Plan to spend a night star gazing or just sit and enjoy the natural breeze from the Aegean Sea. The bathroom is huge as well but tends to flood ( small drainage with a very strong shower ) and the glass partition does not help at all. Water splashes and wets the area where the toilet bowl is. The kitchen is sufficiently supplied but for a price. Even espresso bullets have to be paid. The only thing free are water bottles ( you have to ask Alice to bring you some every morning ) . The housekeepers Alice and Maria are very friendly and honest. Nothing has gone missing with daily housekeeping . Safe is not working unfortunately so we leave valuables outside. The safe does not have instructions as to how to use it . Alice ( Polish) tidied up our room every single day even folding our dirty clothes . Maria and husband ( Albanians) are also very helpful even with their very little English (when I needed a sharpener ( for my lip liner pencil) . Everything went well during our stay EXCEPT their partner taxi service . This driver was the rudest. His name is Nick. He was very impatient with my 20 year old son needing pick up from the port . He went ranting on him and banging the Van doors just because he had difficulty finding him . He called him “ Late” while my son was just there waiting for him. He also comes with his huge Mercedes Van and overcharged us . 50$ from the port and 35$ to the nearby Venetsanos winery( i know it’s overcharging as when we hailed a cab since he was Running behind to pick us up, this other Mercedes taxi was asking for 25$). And yeah , you got to ask him to turn on the AC in the passengers area if you want to stay cool . The managers of this suite have to seriously think of choosing a better taxi service since this can affect their reputation .
