Hotel's Favourite
Amazing hotel and staff. One of the best experiences we had. Very kind and welcoming staff. Every day of our stay there was a new surprise with decorations and candles lit in the room. Surprised at breakfast one of the mornings to a free upgrade to one of the suites with a pool inside the room. Much appreciated. Beautiful sunsets! Quiet part of Santorini which we really appreciated. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby also. Lovely and kind hotel staff - couldn’t fault anyone or anything. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

This was our third time in Pegasus.
The hotel is in a fantastic location between Oia and Fira which allows you to explore every part of the island. It is within a walking distance for Fira through a path which is very convenient as you do not need a taxi or van to take you to the capital.
Also a bus is running close by to visit Oia. This time we did the hiking trail which took us about 2 hours but it was really enjoyable and we took too many photos as the view is incredible.
The hotel provide transfer services from the port/airport and on arrival we were given champagne as repeated guests which was a perfect gesture.
We had a pool suite which was the best choice we made as we had a view of the sunset to die for and we had our own privacy. Nobody disturbing, nobody passing from our balcony! The suite was spacious, super clean, nicely decorated and with all the comforts that we could have asked for. So, travelling with my husband that gave us the extra mile to enjoy more our holidays, our privacy and our marriage ! 😊
They provide also a bottle with wine upon arrival as well as a bottle of water on daily basis which is really good as tap water is not drinkable.
Breakfast was perfect. We loved their handmade marmalades, the little pastries and the new options that they had like their cheese balls, the stuffed kantaifi, and the salad with melon and feta cheese. Nothing to complaint about at all. Everything is fresh, tasty, and very good quality. Oh also, try the croque monsieur on breakfast.
There is a main pool which is large enough for the area of the hotel as we checked all around the other hotels and they do not offer such a pool and they even do not offer a privacy. So, considering that many guests have their own pool like we had, the space in the pool and the loungers are perfect enough. Floor is cleaned, loungers are getting cleaned as well daily and the area is well equipped. Towels and suncreams are also available too. There is also a pool bar area which offers the best cocktails that we have ever tried and at very reasonable prices.
Dinner/lunch provided by the hotel restaurant was also at the same standards. Very tasty, and very large portions. For sure we loved the lunch menu more because we extremely like the junk food like club sandwich, spaghetti etc !
Hotel staff recommended us restaurants and places to visit. Even though it was our 3rd time, they still had new recommendations for us and they were not wrong!
They helped us book our sailing tour and all taxis that we needed. They really work hard and they do the extra mile for the guests. They made our stay incredible.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would love to return!
Our recommendation to anyone reading this review is: go for a pool suite, it is worth it. If you are travelling once for a lifetime, then you do have to pay the extra cost and make a memorable stay!

What an amazing place to stay. The welcome drink on arrival overlooking the amazing view of the caldera was just the beginning of a great stay. The staff are very welcoming and informative of what to see around the island. Housekeeping do a great job in delivering your luggage through the stairways. The rooms are elegant and simple with all you need including a small fridge (with complimentary bottle of wine) and mini bar. The bathrooms are a good size but not too big. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi which has made our stay so much more memorable. Sitting on the balcony each afternoon/evening watching the sunset was spectacular. The buffet breakfast was superb and you have a choice of selecting your food and then have it delivered to your room. The restaurant staff are attentive and provide great service always with a smile.
The hotel is located a 20-30 min walk to the old port and 30 minute walk to the Skaros Rock. Close to many restaurants to watch the sunset too.
The hotel can also organise a sailing trip around the caldera and islands. We stopped for lunch at the hot springs for a quick swim before a freshly prepared lunch (cooked on board). The pick up and drop off was very easy. Highly recommend Santorini Sail and leave the organising to the Pegasus staff.
Thank you to all the staff and management for making our stay so memorable in Santorini!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our first trip to Santorini staying at this property. We book the Angels Infinity Pool Suite and being able to in the pool with nothing between us and the caldera was amazing. We would open the windows and doors and just let the breeze flow through the room which made it the perfect temperature anytime of day. We only used the air conditioner at night and you could have done without that if you just left a window or 2 open, and didn't mind getting up at sunrise.
The overall property is relatively small, and like most things in Santorini, has an unbelievable number of stairs. To get most places requires going up or down. It definitely helps you get your exercise for the day. For this reason I would not recommend the property for a family with small children.
The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially Theadora, John, and Leo. There was never a problem asking for recommendations, getting taxis, booking trips, or just chatting about life. When you check in they will go over the island, best things to see, and give restaurant recommendations at various town on the island. I suggest listening to them. Everything we did they recommended was fantastic, the one time we strayed and went to an extremely highly rated restaurant, was a very big disappointment. One of the best parts of our trip was seeing John each morning bringing us fresh cappuccinos and orange juice to our room.
We only ate at the restaurant one night for dinner since we went to other places around the island, but had breakfast every morning. The breakfast is buffet style and has a large array of items available that should satisfy almost anyone. The dinner was prices were reasonable, the quality excellent, and the quantity of food was much larger than expected, Neither my wife nor I could finish it our dinners.
If I had any suggestions for them at all, it would be that some things I expected to be included in the room weren't. For example we were charged 3 € for each coffee pods in the room. Since breakfast doesn't open until 8:30, and the cost of the room, it would be normal for these to be provided. Considering the gave us free wine on arrival, and a bottle of sparkling wine on our last night, this more than offset any costs, it is just some times those little things can be annoying.
In the end though, the next time we are in Santorini, we hope to stay again.

From the moment you arrive in Santorini, you benefit from the wonderful service from the team at Pegasus Suites & Spa.
On your arrival to the hotel, your luggage is taken to your room, and you are provided with a welcome drink over a talk through your plans for the trip.
After enjoying our welcome drinks for a couple of minutes, Helen came over and gave us an extremely intricate overview of everything we could see on Santorini during our stay! This was so kind of her, knowing that we were only for few nights, but he did not skip over anything. She provided a map of the island and explain us everything! Helen booked us a private cruise around the volcano and the hot springs during sunset that was top and unforgettable!
Our room was huge, beautifully decorated and had a private hot tub. We had the possibility the staff to adjust the temperature in our Jacuzzi as per our wish, that give us the opportunity to enjoy it even morning and nighttime!
White décor all over the suite, grey & blue touches give a calmer and more relaxing atmosphere! We have been all over the village of Imerovigli & Oia, and we can confirm that there is not a more private hotel than Pegasus! Out from the crowd of Oia, not people standing above your suite for pictures etc
For sure a peaceful place to relax, enjoy the view and the best choices to admire the sunset from your balcony! We preferred to stay in our suite and relaxing in our balcony instead to get out to the crowd! For sure it was worth every coin that we spend for the hotel!
Every morning John, in the breakfast greeting us with his beautiful smile and serving us our coffee that he even remember what we preferer that was really nice ! he gave us great recommendations of spots to visit in the island! Breakfast , is a buffet style, so every morning you are able to choose from a huge variety of fresh selections! For sure a best start of your day ( don’t miss the fresh salad bowls)
Leaving the hotel, was like leaving from our home.
Thank you everyone for the hospitality! Thank you Helen & John! Hope to see you soon !

There’s not enough words to describe the dream-like experience we just had at Pegasus Suites and Spa in Santorini. Even before we arrived, the concierges made sure that everything was in order, including our transfer from the Santorini airport. The property is spectacular with impecable rooms, pool, bar, facilities and surroundings. Its location is perfect to watch the sunset with a bottle of wine from your very own room or the pool. And the staff is first class! We’d like to give our biggest thanks and ten stars to a few of them. To Peggy, our biggest thanks for always being attentive to everyone of our needs throughout our stay. From helping us with transportation to making reservations at various restaurants, you were always the best. Alex at the pool bar, thank you for your kindness, attentiveness and cordiality, you became like a friend to us while we there and we’re definitely going to miss those incredible views. We’re jealous of your “office”. John at the breakfast restaurant! My friend, your charisma and positive attitude was felt every time we saw you. You made us feel welcome every single morning at breakfast, always knowing our coffee preference and going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Arta, a million thanks for always ensuring our room was impeccable and keeping a positive attitude and beautiful smile. And your Spanish is fantastic! We will forever remember Pegasus as one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. Keep up the good work guys!

Wow! What an absolutely wonderful honeymoon we had at Pegasus!
We booked an 11 night stay and cannot recommend highly enough. We were upgraded on arrival to room 142 with plunge pool offering stunning caldera views (this was after an error on Love Holidays behalf which the hotel quickly resolved for us including a complimentary spa treatment!)
The hotel is beautifully clean with room service 2x per day ... daily treats (flowers, baklava, ouzo left in our room!)
The views of the Caldera are second to none! We loved the location of Imerovigli which has its own wonderful restaurants, 5 mins to Firostefani with further shops, bars and restaurants and 15-20mins to Fira the bustling capital! For us, it was the perfect option to stay somewhere quieter and be able to dip in and out of the capital at our leisure. We were glad to not have stayed in Oia which we found incredibly crowded when we visited.
The staff really make this place and are incredibly warm and cannot do enough to assist you! They recommend and booked us various delicious restaurants across the island, arranged taxis, excursions and were just so helpful and approachable!
Perfect honeymoon stay which we cannot recommend highly enough!! Thanks for a wonderful stay 🥰

Do not hesitate, just do it, get a balcony with a view, its superb, looking out of the shower over the bay, the balcony, the staff were amazing, nothing is an issue, the breakfast spread, we could just ramble on and on about how god the place is and how attentive the staff are. We went out one evening and got stuck for a return cab from Oia, we called the hotel for help, and literally within two minutes a cab driver arrived from nowhere having been contacted by the hotel. I went to put up a parasol one day and a staff member just took over and went onto ask if he do anything else for us... Brilliant place. Imerovigli is by far the best place to stay on the island, Oia is also stunning but extremely expensive with all the branded "Oxford Street" type shops

From our pick-up at the airport, to Maria greeting us as we arrived at the Pegasus, this vacation was "smooth sailing all the way"! The staff was so attentive to anything that we needed, that we requested, or that "we didn't even know that we needed"! During our stay Maria went out of her way to help us schedule lunch reservations & taxis, and she always was on top of any tours that we had scheduled to make sure we knew where to meet our drivers. The room was phenomenal: so spacious, so comfortable, and so clean! The food at the restaurant was delicious; we just fell in love with all the Greek food. And the service at the restaurant was "over the top"; the three servers, Mariglon, John, & Daniel were so friendly, so accommodating, and just terrific guys!!! They too made our stay at the Pegasus even more enjoyable! The view from our balcony was fantastic; and with the comfortable chairs, we never wanted to leave! The location of Pegasus is between Imerovigli and Fira which is really great, as the pedestrian path at the top of the cliff connects you to either town, depending upon which way you walk. With the beautiful rooms, fantastic staff, and ideal location, we would highly recommend you to stay at the Pegasus Suites & Spa .... you will LOVE it!

10/10 recommend this hotel, my husband and I stayed here for a week and we have never had a hotel experience like this. The staff are absolutely incredible, we felt like kings and queens during our whole stay! In particular John and Theodora were so nice and always willing to help us with whatever we needed. Our room was perfect, amazing views and again such great service. The location is also great, we chose to stay in Imerovigli to avoid the crowds and it also turned out to be a great location distance wise to the rest of the island. So glad we didn't choose to stay in Oia which is more expensive, more crowded and on the other end of the island away from everything else. The sunset you get here is just as beautiful as Oia. HIGHLY recommend this place, we will be back and will be telling our friends about it!!

I emailed them and they responded fairly quickly
Between 30-40 euro for a couple
Thera are jacuzzi suite with open wide balcony with sun and there are suite without, i mean that the jacuzzi will be with some kind of roof without sun, you should ask for it from the hotel, be specific with them if you want jucuzzi open wide with sun or not.
The staff is very helpfull and jeneress.
Approximately 20 min but would recommend you budget 30 min in case of traffic or unanticipated delays.
