wow! what a great stay! romantic area, clean suite overlooking the caldera ( we choose the Honeymoon Suite with hot tub) every night we enjoy the sunset from our private balcony! great food and attentive staff! Pros: private parking area next to the hotel! one of the unique hotels that provide that in the caldera side! really appreciate it!

Wow wow wow and it's not over yet, last day before we fly tomorrow and the hotel closes for the season. We can't thank Maria and her team enough. From Stella being so helpful and welcoming and doing little surprises along the way. The resturant staff, sorry boys I did not get your names but coffee cups always filled with a smile. The guy behind the bar who should brave the pool on his last day. Room so clean and towels each day replaced and made in to swans.. thankyou to the maid...one of the most important things I appreciate. Not forgetting the chef and hos food, top quality... the four amigos moving things and fixing thing about the hotel, very polite. Having travelled many places in the world this gem is a treasure to keep and number two on my list of places. As a person who travels quite frequently and has been to Santorini once before, this hotel is mind blowing! Maria has been a delight since we arrived by showing us around the property and giving suggestions of where to go all around the island! I brought my parents on this trip of a lifetime to celebrate their 49th wedding anniversary and my mother’s birthday (she requested that I leave her age out of this). Maria placed my parents in an extraordinary room with minimal stairs to access and offered to have breakfast brought directly to their room complimentary (usually a 20€ charge). She also placed us in the most amazing suite I could have ever imagined (pics attached, jaw dropped). Along with Maria, each and every staff have been exceptional and have provided top notch services including the servers at breakfast, bell hops, receptionists and every one in between. We will without a doubt be back to stay at the beautiful Pegasus of Santorini and 100/10 recommend!!…

The most AMAZING place we’ve ever stayed in Greece. I can’t say enough great things about the location, the suites and the food here was unreal! But the best experience we had was with the staff it self. Maria, Anna and Stella were the ones we’d see everyday who would greet us from the reception area and we would ask them for recommendations on local foods and bars to go check out. Which to be honest that’s when we realized the location here was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Our room service experience was also 5 star. Daniel and Mariglen would literally set up candle lit dinners and tea lights in our room to create a beautiful environment. The suite it self was gorgeous, we’ve stayed here before from a honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi to a honeymoon suite with an infinity pool. Both had amazing views and your own private area. Oh and before I forget!! THE BREAKFAST!! Amazing, what a spread. Over 30 different items to choose from and it was buffet style. The both times we’ve stayed it was complimentary. They went above and beyond to make us feel special for our honeymoon. We can’t wait to see them again next year for our anniversary!…

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pegasus in Santorini. Accommodations were picturesque for the area. All staff were so pleasant, accommodating, helpful , and courteous. We had the most amazing experience at the Pegasus Suites and Spa. Our 10 year anniversary celebration was made very special by the most incredible staff. Maria and everyone in reception went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. We got upgraded to the best room with hot tub in the hotel and was very pleasantly surprised with all the decor in the room. The effort was second to none. I would highly recommend this gem of a place!

The location is ideal. It is a short walk to the nearest town, but it is not actually in town--so you feels very secluded in the middle of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The view simply can't be beat, and everything is quiet and peaceful. All of the outdoor areas as stunning and comfortable. The service was excellent. Breakfast offers an insane number of options, which is both good and bad in that of course, there is no way that everything is going to be good with that much choice--but we had 3 mornings to experiment and find the good stuff, so no complaints. I have to mention that the massage I got in the spa was unbelievable. My masseuse had 10 years of experience in Iran, Turkey, and Greece--so she really knew what she was doing. Very different from many other hotel spas I have tried over the years. Literally one of the best massages ever...just be prepared to be beat up! LOL. The room itself was fine. It looked cool, but in terms of comfort it was nothing special. Water pressure in the shower was not good, scratchy towels, so-so bed, etc. Good a/c, though. We were on a low floor, which meant that we had to climb several flights of steep stairs each time we wanted to exit or go to the front desk. On the other hand, we were right next door to the restaurant and just one flight up from the pool. (Yet we never heard any noise! Amazing.) What I cannot speak to is the value. There are several other hotels in this area, and I have no idea how they would compare. My friend recommended Pegasus, and after looking at the photos, prices, and glowing reviews on Tripadvisor, we just went ahead and booked it. …

My friends and I had an outstanding stay at the Pegasus Suites and Spa in Santorini. The staff went above and beyond in their service, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Kostas at the bar was friendly and gave many suggestions on where to go on the island. John and Marigklen were a highlight of the phenomenal brunch every morning with their kindness and help. Maria at reception was very helpful and kind. They all were a big part of the great experience carrying all of our bags, calling us taxis, and giving us helpful recommendations. It was an absolutely beautiful hotel, very clean and peaceful, and a great location to walk to many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to everyone.
