If you want a haven of tranquility in a beautiful suite with amazing views then this is for you. Beautifully designed and well appointed, you will not be let down. The pictures in the advertising are exactly what you get. We stayed in a suite and all appeared to have views to the East which started each day with a fabulous sunrise and resulted in 12 hours of sun on your pool and sunbed.
Aggelos is onsite to greet you and was extremely helpful with advice as to day trips etc.
The suite was exceptionally clean, hand sanitiser provided and all remote controls etc separately wrapped due to Covid guidelines.
The suites are self catering however local cafes/restaurants will deliver (free delivery) all meals - details are all in the villa. One will pick you up and take you to the restaurant and take you back to your suite after!
A few tips: There is only one small food store nearby which is very expensive so get your food on your journey before you arrive. The nearest supermarket is Alykanas (about 25mins away but near a great beach at Alykes so you can beach first and shop after!) Pick up your wine supply from Grampsas winery which is not far from the airport or Goumas winery which you will pass on your way. The road is steep with a good number of sharp bends - I would not want to arrive for the first time in the dark. Take some liquid for the washing machine should you think you might want to use it. There is a Krups coffee pod machine so take some pods too!

We have just had 8 fantastic days staying in the Emerald Cave Honeymoon Suite (not for a honeymoon).
The pictures on the website are exactly what you get although they don't give you the experience of staying in the villa which is superb. The team who look after you in particular Aggelos are lovely he gave us a tour of the villa on arrival explaining all of it's features & it has everything you can need or want. Due to Covid housekeeping would call in if you were out or if you requested rather than daily which was perfect for us & been able to Whatsapp with Aggelos for any requests was great. Hand sanitizer was provided along with remote controls wrapped in plastic on arrival. The kitchen has a good size fridge room for plenty of beers, sangria & food & a good size freezer. The coffee machines takes Nespresso coffee pods & it has a full size dishwasher.
The bed is huge & very comfy & the double shower with two rain heads is very roomy. The a/c is perfect for those hot days.
Outside the infinity saltwater pool is perfect for cooling off & the view down the valley to the sea is perfect for watching yachts and boats sailing by. The Jacuzzi in the cave is also perfect to avoid the midday sun.
The daybed & two sun loungers gave plenty of options for endless hours spent sunbathing.
The seating area is also shaded and was perfect for escaping the midday sun.
There are TV's both inside the villa & outside although we made the most use off the portable speaker to Bluetooth music from our phones.
A small portable charcoal BBQ was made available on request along with the charcoal & firelighters although I would say a Gas BBQ would be a better option as it took ages to get going & made a lot off mess across the patio.
Aggelos recommended a couple of local restaurants that deliver and with a landline phone in the villa it was so easy to order. We ordered from Orizodes a couple of times and had fresh mussels, Fish Mezze with roasted vegetables & Meatballs all which were extremely good & very tasty & we also ordered pizza's from The Mooring Cafe. All were delivered within half and hour and very reasonably priced & very tasty food.
We shopped at AB supermarket which was en route from the airport & while not the closest supermarket to the villa it had a good choice & good quality food.
We didn't want to leave & will definitely go back again

We recently stayed for 4 days for our wedding anniversary and i can honestly say i cannot fault the suites. Beautiful inside and out and with stunning views. The suites were cleaned daily and at a time convenient to you. The staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Irene in particular went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. If i am being picky then the only thing extra i would have liked was a tv outside but thats me being fussy because im not one for reading books. The location is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful but please be aware you are a good 30/35 mins walk from the nearest shop,port and restaurants. Not to bad walking down the hill but walking back up is very hard work in the heat and there are no taxi’s on the north of the island. The rooms have the option of a delivery service from the cafe for breakfast,lunch and dinner from the port and they will also deliver from the local mini market and one of the restaurants if you want to have food in the evening delivered.Emerald villas do run a taxi service if you want to go to the port or restaurant for €20 one way or €35 for return but this Has to be booked in advance as they only have one minivan.We would highly recommend car hire for its location and if you like a busy nightlife then you would probably be better suited to the south of the island and somewhere not so remote.But If your looking to relax,unwind in an amazing suite with a beautiful view and excellent service then look no further than Emerald villas and suites.

It’s difficult to put into words how incredible our stay was at Emerald Villas & Suites. Our Cave suite was so beautiful. Our private balcony overlooked the island and the private pool on the balcony blended in with the view of the sea. The property is located on the northern part of the island, which is much less touristed than the southern end, meaning you get a much more authentic experience. My partner and I travel internationally at least three months every year, and have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world—Emerald Villas and Suites rivals them all.
Highlights and recommendations:
Aggelos, the property manager, is a wealth of information regarding every part of the island and is 50% of why our stay was so amazing. He set up reservations for dinner every night, drove us to beaches and picked us up. He arranged boat tours, massages, airport transfers, and essentially every other part of our trip. He is also hilarious and exceptionally kind. Emerald V&S is really lucky to have such a special person to manage their property.
While at EV&S Aggelos recommended a masseuse named Dimitri for a massage and facial on our private patio. Dimitri combined deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, and hot stones, all with essential oils and aromatherapy, resulting one of the the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. He then gave me a facial that included masks, lymphatic massage, electric acupuncture, and micro current. My skin was radiant! To top it all off he left me with a bottle of olive oil from his own orchard and organic mosquito repellent. His prices were also VERY reasonable. I wish he lived in Austin (my hometown) because he’d be my aesthetician 100%.
If you want to take a trip to shipwreck beach, Aggelos can help you arrange a private boat. I highly recommend this option AND going early, so you can have the beach to yourself, missing the arrival of massive boats of tourists, packed in like sardines. If Aggelos arranges a trip through the company Wreck and Blue, ask for Costas to be your skipper—he’s incredible.
The only change I would make to our trip would be to rent a car or four wheeler. It’s difficult to get around without some form of personal transportation and, although Aggelos and the staff are happy to drop you off and pick you up, they can only go so far because they need to be on the property. We weren’t able to see some of the sights we wanted to because they were too far away.
All in all, 10 out of 10–we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Zakynthos.

This hotel is exactly like the photos, the view blows you away every time you look out.
They were very clean.
The service was so good, the a staff were friendly and personable which made us feel relaxed and ‘at home’.
Everything you could need is in the little apartment and we actually didn’t leave the whole time we were there - we couldn’t have stayed much longer as there wasn’t much to do but so perfect to wind down and spend quality time with your partner/friend/family.
The only thing that would make it better is a good restaurant on site, as we ordered food a couple of times and it wasn’t that good (we are very foodie though).
We will definitely return just to stay here!

From being picked up from the airport to being dropped off 2 weeks later this was one of, if not the best, holiday we have had in years. From being picked up by Dimitris at the airport to being dropped off when we left there was nothing to complain about. The whole team at Emerald are there to make your holiday unforgettable. The housekeepers arrived everyday to make sure everything was in order, changing sheets and towels every 2 days, and cleaning the floors everyday and the pool was checked every 2/3 days. Nothing is too much trouble for the Emerald team. The villa is a couple of km from the harbour of Agios Nikolaos and really you need a car as taxis are pretty much a rare sight. This part of Zakynthos is pretty quite so if you want a nightlife of discos and clubs this area is not for you. Plenty of great restaurants, 3 course meal with a carafe of local wine £60 per couple, although some cost considerably more, are around some with walking distance, just remember its all downhill from where Emerald is so the walk back can become a bit of a trek. Many thanks to Dimitra, Christina and Dimitris who make sure your holiday is perfect again nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be returning again in the next year. We recently returned from a week at Villa 9. The accommodation, location and concierge service were faultless.
The view from Villa 9 is breathtaking, and the pool and inside areas are thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for a family getaway.
The concierge team was responsive and helpful, and the daily cleaning team kept the Villa and outside areas spotless. Very impressed and would definitely rebook.

We recently stayed at suite number 14 for two weeks, and from our first day we loved it. The room design and layout was just as the pictures on the website when booked. There was nothing that I could fault either inside or outside, the cleanliness was exceptional as were the friendly staff. We travelled to the place by taxi and then hired a quad bike which the hotel arranged for us. When we booked the transfer service from the airport to the hotel was not available but I would recommend it if you do not wish to drive. I would however recommend some kind of transport if you would like to explore or just go to the shops. Or alternatively the hotel also offers a range of trips including transfers to shops, resturants etc. We opted for two of the trips offered, one for the Navagio view point and kampi sunset (dinner) and Zante town by night. Both were amazing. The drivers knowledge and interesting facts about the places were exceptional. The trips were very easy to book via the reception. In terms of local bars / resturants, there are two within 10min walk but in the main the majority are either close to or in St Nikolaos bay. I would not recommend walking this even when the sun went down. Again the hotel offers a transfer service for this. All in all there was nothing that was not thought of, which made the relaxing holiday that was very much in need of. Thank you Emeral Villas & suites !

These suites are situated in a beautiful part of the island near some gorgeous beaches and excellent restaurants. The view from each villa over the individual infinity pool is to die for. I watched several incredible sunrises and starry skies from the sun bed over the pool! The actual suite is large, beautifully furnished and exceptionally comfortable. You can find everything you need if you prefer to stay put and the concierge can book massages, trips out, local restaurants, covid tests… nothing is too much trouble. This is a perfect place for a relaxing luxury stay away from the masses, a honeymoon or even for two families like us who want to spend time together. I would also highly recommend the gorgeous bio beach club and restaurant Nobelos close by for amazing food with killer views.
