Very nice B & B right below the hill town of Panzano. Difficult drive down a bumpy, rocky road but once you learn the road it is ok. Well worth the drive to experience a restful retreat surrounded by tall cypress trees. We had unit G for three nights and it was great, just as described to us. Breakfast was very good each morning and Anna even prepared a delicious dinner for us one evening. It was nice to sit around a great meal and meet people from other countries and cultures. Nice pool area that we even jumped in one warm afternoon to cool off. Great place to visit the surrounding hill towns for day trips. Also enjoyed dinner at Oltre Giardino and Vescovino. Sat outside and enjoyed fabulous sunsets while dining. If looking for a quiet place in Chianti to use as a home base for a few days, this is a great spot.

Thor B&b is such a lovely oasis from the hustle and bustle of Firenze. We stayed three nights and loved the quaint inn and its beautiful grounds. The rooms are comfortable and clean and Anna does an amazing job running the place. We did opt for a dinner one night (book two nights in advance). It was incredible. One of my favorite meals in Tuscany. The pool is a welcome treat from the warmer days. The breakfasts are nice- you get a list to check off what you want for the next days meal, which included some different homemade tortes and yoghurt and eggs. As many noted the road is a bit bumpy but we found that to be the case everywhere in the region! So get a 4 wheel drive and enjoy the peace. Finally, the staff was very kind and friendly to our kids (tweens/ young teens). Though there are many couples there on holiday so definitely bring kids who know how to be quiet and respect others enjoyment in an atmosphere like that.

Awesome B&B in Tuscany with great service. Anna was very friendly and was always looking to ensure we had the best trip. It was a very small and peaceful stay. The personalized morning breakfast was a real treat and the views from the pool are amazing. Be aware that the road leading into the B&B is a declining unpaved road. This was the only unpleasant part about staying at the place.

This was our second stay with Anna at B&B Fagiolari and we already can't wait to visit again! This time we chose to stay in the little cottage on the property which was lovely - it really felt like we had our own little place right in Chianti! We took a cooking class with Anna (again!) and both agreed it was probably the best meal of our trip! In each of the cooking classes we've done with her, Anna has asked our food preferences and if there are any particular dishes we'd like to learn - the recipes are always simple and full of fresh, local ingredients! Since out last trip Anna has come out with her own cookbook, so we were given a copy and we've re-created all the recipes we've learned with her (any others!) over and over since our trip! We can't wait to go back and visit Anna again! (Which is actually what reminded me to finally write this review - I'm about to email her about dates for our next trip!)

On our second trip to Italy my husband and I knew we wanted to spend some time in the Chianti region to visit vineyards and do some cooking classes. I don't remember exactly how I found B&B Fagiolari during during my trip planning, but it was everything we hoped it would be! We spent 2 nights and did 2 nights of cooking classes. The property was beautiful and Anna was a wonderful host - we immediately felt at home! Anna was a wonderful host and teacher, we learned so much during our cooking classes and have already re-created our meals at home! We already have another trip to Italy booked in a few months and hope to return to Fagiolari for a few nights to take more classes with Anna and explore the area some more.

I participated in a cooking class, was the lucky the recipient of Anna's cooking another night for dinner, and the Fagiolari hospitality. I loved the whole experience. Anna was fun, flexible and knowledgeable, she assisted with referrals for transport and guides. The accomodation and grounds were simply beautiful, tucked away in a valley. I intend returning with my partner for a 7 night stay in 2021. Thanks Anna!

We had a wonderful experience at our Tuscan cooking lesson at B&B Fagiolari. Anna was a knowledgeable and excellent teacher. She speaks perfect English. At our request, we made pizza from scratch which we’ve always wanted to learn and we crushed making almond biscotti! Can’t wait to impress our friends. The setting is peaceful and stunning and the kitchen is a comfortable setting to learn. Highly recommend this for a fun Tuscan activity. Grazie Mille Anna for a fantastic experience.

I'm not sure where I stumbled upon information for B&B Fagiolari. I was interested in booking an authentic Italian cooking class for myself and two others and this was highly rated. Anna was spectacular, patient and kind. We made the most wonderful meal which included tiramisu, fried potatoes & fresh artichokes, chicken fillets with prosciutto & sage, and home-made pasta (Cacio e Pepe). The food was amazing but the experience was so much fun. We just returned home but I can't wait to make it again.
