this vacation might have cost somewhat more than we were used to:it was worth every cent.Friendly staff overall, nice and clean rooms with "marble style"flooring everywhere (I hate carpets in rooms)..we had a junior suite on the ground floor facing the garden with swimming pool-both meticulously maintained. The restaurant was top level with fresh linen on the table for every guest...

We stayed 4 days here this winter. Resort was off season empty, but that was nice for us. Many seasonal amenities closed though. Room was fine for the little money we paid. Loved the balcony overlooking pool courtyard. Could still hear ocean waves without the wind. Beautiful landscaping and pool was open, though not many takers. Resort Renovations in progress...

Dear Client, Thank you very much for your comments. We have such a nice place and so near the see that we have to do some work during the winter months to make sure that the Hotel will be perfect during the year. All your comments help us to improve ourselves. Thank you, Best regards, Sophie

This hotel is quite luxurious, located near the beach on the Atlantic. The rooms are convenient and well equipped. The swimming pool is large with sufficient space around and convenient easy chairs. The open buffet restaurant serves very good breakfasts and dinners with nice variety of food choices. The hotel is located in a small town not far away from...

This is the second time we have stayed here and we'll be back again. Upon check in we were offered an upgrade to a junior suite, second floor with oceanfront and private balcony. We will most assuredly be back again in a couple of years. Huge room by European standards, plenty of sitting area, separate toilet room from the shower/tub...

Very clean and quiet hotel on the beach. The gardens are kept in good condition and sun lounge are provided to cool after a day travelling in the Spanish heat. A nice pool occupy the center courtyard and direct access to the beach .the rooms are spotless and basics but well thought with the correct amount of shampoo and wash...The...

This was a wonderfully relaxing holiday in Hotel Playa de la Luz. Our premier room was upgraded to a junior suite with a separate seating area and ocean view. It was bliss falling asleep to the sound of the ocean washing the beach only yards from the hotel. The staff were excellent and my partner, who has a gluten intolerance,...

This has to be one of the nicest and pleasant hotels I have ever stayed in. I'll lay out some interesting points. 1. Driving in with a rental car to park at the hotel was so easy. I just pressed the buzzer and they let me in. 2. Checking in was so simple. I forgot my hotel voucher as I...

Great location right on the beach. Depending on which room you get, you will be about 50 feet from the Atlantic ocean. There is a nice pool in the middle of the resort, and food and drink options available. This place gets pretty busy, especially during the summer. The only complaint I have is that this place gets pretty noisy...

My husband, some friends and I stayed for 5 days on a quick trip to Rota. We enjoyed the bar, restaurant and location very much. The resort is close enough to walk into town or for €1.15 you can take the bus right outside of the resort. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and helped us plan trips to...

Loved the hotel for our first European vacation, staff was great even with my lack of Spanish they spoke enough English to get anything. Everything was clean and well kept even though it was the off season. The only real draw back was the location even though the you are right on the beach you need a taxi to get...

Dear Client, Thank you very much for your nice comments. We are glad that you had a nice stay. We are a little bit out of the centre of Rota, but that makes it special, we have a very quiet beach, nice walks and quite ambiance. And you can take a bus, that just stops at the entrance of the...
