Stayed here for 3 nights. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Reception staff and bar staff very friendly. Food was fab. Ideal location for beach and centre....(no steps!!) Nice and quiet! Will definitely stay again 😊

Well...... we've been here before and had a lovely time, so this is a bit dissapointing to report. When we arrived the room was grubby. The toilet screamed for about 20 minutes after it was fushed and the patio doors were hanging off the runners. 20 minutes banging about fixed that! A light fitting was hanging from the ceiling,a socket...

I cant really fault the Maracaibo too much, yes its basic but we pretty much just slept and showered there why would we (as a childless couple want for much more? We were hardly there). The bathroom was very dimly lit though and there are no more mirrors in any of the rooms. In a standard room you have to...

We paid extra for a superior room with double bed. Room had a massive breakfast bar down the middle so the bed was rammed up against the breakfast bar with no space to move (only way to get in to bed was to climb in at the foot end); and the other side of the reakfast bar was crowded with...

We had a really nice stay in the Maracaibo on the first week of sept, deluxe one bed apartment was great, wifi air con and safe included in price! staff were helpful when we asked about the area, what places to visit and restaurants to try out. I would recommend this place to couples and families.

perfectly situated in Puerto Rico with about a 15/20 minute walk to the beach/restaurants and the shopping center. due to the nature of the place itself, you cannot really avoid hills unless you get a taxi but this was absolutely doable. There is also a supermarket about 1 minute walk from the hotel. Self catering, room was cleaned everyday, and...

I visited the Maracaibo hotel last week and I can not even express how disappointed I was with the hotel. We had viewed pictures online prior to the trip however the hotel did not look very similar to the picture and the surroundings of the hotel can only be described as a dump! I am not one to normally complain...

After arriving and pulled up outside , a family member said are we staying in a supermarket ! And everyone on the coach laughed . It did look like one from the outside. 😂The reception was horrid , cultured with stuff ! We were given our key card to a standard room. Told. The safe , tv remote , safe...

'The guest is our best friend' reads the sign as you enter Maracaibo Aparthotel, and for once it's not hype. Spent a fantastic week here at Maracaibo in a 1-bedroom self-catering flat. Kitchen is basic but adequate and fridge also has freezer (buy your own ice-cube trays). Good showers. We enjoyed meals on the balcony with a sea-view. The room...
