Me and my partner (Both 23) stayed here for 7 days. We paid extra for an upgraded room with aircon and were located on the 1st floor. The rooms were as described, large and clean. They will only change your towels if you place the sign outside your door. The bed however was just two smaller ones pushed together which could've been better but we knew this before going so no disappointment. A deposit is required to use the safe in the room, this was 10 euro's and you get given a lock and a key. There's a hairdryer in the room and a kettle is available to rent. The fridge in the room is small and does not have a freezer section. The Pool area opens at 9 and people will queue beforehand. If you are not there for this time you will not get a sunbed as there isn't enough beds to cater for the hotel. The beach is only a 5 minute walk at max and you can buy a parasol from a shop for around 12 euro's which will come in handy. If you are wanting to travel, the train station is roughly a 10-15 minute walk at it would cost us 24 euro's for a return trip to Barcelona together. Train will take just over an hour to get into Barcelona and runs every 30 minutes. However the last train back is quite early. There is also a car hire on the same road. Half Board meant that we had Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel and ate out for lunch. Breakfast had a variety of options with juices and hot drinks included. Dinner however was very hit and miss. Some nights there would be great options and others not so, which resulted in us eating out multiple nights. Drinks are not included at dinner and they will take an order from you when seated. You will then pay for them on the way out. There are many places to eat out near the hotel in which we never had a bad meal and all very reasonable priced. Cocktails are roughly around 8 - 12 euro's depending on where you go but very generous on the pouring. Overall we both had a good time here but we wouldn't go back.

Good morning, Thank you for booking in our hotel. We are sorry to know that your stay was not as pleasant as expected and we take note about the capacity of the freezer and the variety of the restaurant. Our Pool Bar opens from 9:00 until 20:00, but we have a no-reservation policy of the sunbeds. That means any guest can leave the sunbed occupied with their towels if they are not present in the pool. Thank you, DWO Sirius Team

Me and my mum have just returned from our stay at DWO sirius,
We booked all inclusive (club select) , our room was lovely very modern, large bed and clean always, bathrobe and slippers in the room was a lovely added touch, balconys are small and on top of each other overlooking another hotel but it wasn't that much of a bother.
Food was okay, some nights was great and others not much choice, the drinks at the pool bar was a bit of an issue, we were ordering strawberry mojitos and normal for half of our holiday and they were lovely, halfway through when I ordered they said they've changed the menu and they're no longer included on the all inclusive which we couldn't understand and were asking us to pay, on looking at the menu they've taken both meals and drinks off the all inclusive all of a sudden which we didn't think was very fair half way through our holiday, the que system at the bar is ridiculous and the staff seem to prefer serving Spanish and German first over English which we saw a few times in different areas of the hotel. One girl in particular was lovely at the pool bar and very helpful, the others not so much and always had a miserable face on. The young boy at reception was brilliant, helped us often by giving directions and advice. They give you a 1 hour voucher for the spa - do not use it! The spa was disgustingly dirty, jacuzzi was cold, the lights in the sauna were broken so you sit in the dark in a luke warm room, steam room was broken.
The pool area is lovely very clean and modern (opens at 9am with a bit of a que at the doors) not really a problem getting a sunbed if you go at this time.
The all inclusive doesn't start until 11am and finishes at 11pm - one day was particularly hot and we were by the pool at 10am and they were asking us to pay for water, this is ridiculous and needs to be looked at and it's not something they tell you when you book! Also as it finishes at 11pm and the bar is still open until midnight this makes no sense and is unfair.
On checking in all inclusive doesn't start until 2pm and on check out you can only have breakfast and the all inclusive finishes after that even if you have late check out or you aren't flying until the night, this was also a massive inconvenience and disgusting as you've paid again for the full day all inclusive but it isn't.
It's very local to lots of shops and a couple of bars and restaurants, great location and we took the train to Barcelona which was just over an hour.
Overall although the hotel was lovely and very modern, we wouldn't stay again as there just seemed to be a catch with everything and you could easily be caught out, wasn't worth the price we paid considering we paid for 6 nights and 7 days all inclusive and technically only had 5 nights.

i have just returned from the hotel after a weeks stay with my daughter. First impressions hotel is very good very modern looking in good location close to many shops and restaurants with a supermarket/gift shop located on the ground floor. Our room was spacious no tea making facilities just a coffee machine so a tip bring a travel kettle. There are only 5 floors swimming pool is located on the 3rd floor it is not very large or deep and there are not enough sun beds to go around so people are queuing early on. The pool bar area is excellent with well priced drinks cocktails are 6 euros coffee is 2 euros.
The restaurant is located on the lower ground floor with the usual buffet style food plenty of choice but often the food is cold they can be slow at times to replenish. There are lots of different nationalities staying at the hotel the entertainment lady tries hard to get people to join in most evenings there is something on but people choose to sit outside on the balcony so the poor singers .are playing to an empty room. Overall a lovely stay we got a good bargain price with tui would return to the hotel

If you want a seat by the pool you’ll need to wrestle your way through the pool side to get a deck chair. The ratio of chairs to guest is vastly out balanced. Very rarely will you be able to sit by the pool, if you’re not already there by 0900am.

Keep your receipts! My partner and I were charged twice for drinks we had already brought. When we raised this to the manger we were made out to be liars and left embarrassed in the restaurant in front of other guests.

If you give your opinion to the staff on how to make guest experience better, you will be quickly dismissed and told the negative experiences “didn’t happen” to you in the first place.

A badly managed complaints procedure, sees the hotel not changing in the near future. The discourteous management seems to cascade down to all the other staff. Very rude holistically.

You will pay a premium at the reception area on arrival, if you want your room cleaned and fresh towels for the duration of your stay.

I would highly consider somewhere else to stay in the area as there is plenty competition.

Dear client, First of all thank you for choosing us. We regret you did not have a nice stay with us, but I must confess that your comment surprises me about the restaurant. The attention of the staff is precisely one of the most praising aspects of our guests. Our goal is making our guests feel as comfortable as it possible. Anyway, we strongly wish to see you again in the future. Hotel DWO Sirius

Stayed at the Dwo Sirius with All Inclusive (AI) at end of may 2024. Upon arrival at 12 midday was told by reception that room was not avaliable till 2pm which was already known so was highly acceptable but was then told that the AI was not avaliable till also after 2pm. Bearing in mind that my last day of six at the hotel was fully paid although we were leaving for the airport at 6am so no services were usable on this day so I find charging for drinks on our first day a wee bit tight.
Room was ready at 2pm and was basic but clean. Bed fairly comfortable with tv with a few uk channels but we wasn't there for tv so no problem.
Drinks were ample but some were not included in AI but we were happy with the drinks. Bar staff were great and very helpful and snacks at the pool bar were tasty and warm.
The restaurant was immaculate at all times.Staff here again very helpful serving real coka cola fanta and San Miguel bottles.Food choices plentiful at all sittings. The live cooking went very well with eggs and omelette at breakfast time fresh fish and meat pasta and sauces at lunch and evening meals. These were always hot and tasty. The salads were plentiful and fresh.

Two problems that were noticed and kept reoccurring and really meant that our holiday was not as good as it should of been.
In the restaurant the 'hot dishes' area was never heated and soon after the food was placed here went luke warm to cold fairly quickly. This included breakfast time lunch and dinner and really reduced our choices and put a big down on our eating time.
The other problem was the pool. It is freezing so cold that people who did brave it up to go in stayed for a few minutes at a time as it was that cold. I love the pool but went in on only 2 of the 6 days i was here and my partner when on holiday lives in the pool but only managed to put her toes/feet in no more. This really ruined my partners holiday. These two problems really need to be addressed we don't need the water to be as warm as a bath tub but raising it a few degrees would make it more comfortable for everyone who paid good money to come to your hotel.
For these two problems we will be unable to come to your hotel again. It seems a shame that these easily fixable problems could be put right easily with some money thrown at it. A hotter plate to actually keep the food hot (as hot as it is when put on there) . Also some form of heater for the pool (maybe it has one and needs to be turned on)
Appart from these issues we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay except for one issue

Not enough sun beds for guests

Out of our week stay we wanted to get sunbeds for 3 of the 7 days we were staying and only managed to get sunbed for 1 day

To give you an idea we arrived on our last day 5 minutes after opening and all sun beds where gone. The hotel should do more than just say "remove towels" its not for guests to fight over sun beds and the hotel should take more responsibility

This was September so i'd hate to think what its like in peak season

The hotel should have a booking system like they have with the spa so that guests get more than 1 day with sunbed or another option is to have sunbeds on the beach for all guests to use.

The hotel would have got 5 stars otherwise as everything else was great.

Enjoyed the food and all the staff work hard to make your stay comfortable.

Rooms are clean and entertainment was really good

Good afternoon, We appreciate you have positive words for our hotel and also, words to improve it. We are aware about the sunbeds at pool area are limited and are not enough for all the guest. For that reason we have more sunbeds at the beach. I would like to underline you sentence, we work hard to make each stay of each guest as most comfortoble as it can. We wish you to see you again!

First time solo travelling. I chose this hotel as it was adults only (16+) and I would say the majority was over 30 which is what I was hoping.
Friendly staff. The room was nice although lacking a Mirror in the main room. Only mirror in the bathroom which was abit of a pain when trying to sort my hair out. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work but looked like a half decent one. Luckily I always pack my travel hairdryer. (I will inform reception of this when I leave to ensure they get it sorted for the next person who stays in this room)
Breakfast had lots of choice, hams, cheese, cereal, bread, baguettes, and all the essentials for a good fry up.

The pool area is a good size and great view from the pool. I did struggle to get a sunbed when I went but I went in the pool and only waited around 10 minutes before one came free.

The beach is 5 minute walk from the hotel but you can see it from the pool and I could see it from my balcony.

No water in the room which is abit annoying.

The hotel is close to lots of shops, restaurants and markets.

The little open train is worth taking and amazing views for 5 euros.

Malgrat de mar is around 20 minutes walk. Away.

I personally wouldn’t come back but that is because I like to go somewhere new on my adventure.

I’m not sure I would class this as a 4* but it is nice.

Problems started at arrival. Where's your voucher demanded the woman on reception? What voucher? The voucher so we can get paid by Tui ??
There were 4 couples who had just arrived at 11am after 6.30 am flight and not one couple had any idea what she was on about! I did manage to find confirmation e mail on phone from Tui and she begrudgingly accepted this after I e mailed it to hotel. Other couples were not so lucky, and waited over 4 hours for problem to be sorted!!
Surely Tui should look into this ??
We were then informed that our room was not available 'till 2pm. Ok give us wrist bands for our All Inc stay (paid for) and we will go for drink and food.No chance was the response your All Inc starts when you get your room and is available for dinner!!
First time this has happened to us on our holidays!!.
Purchased drinks at small pool bar while waiting for room and could already tell this is no 4 star hotel as advertised.
Room ready at 2pm wrist band applied. Room tidy and clean ,bathroom dark and dingy needs upgrade urgently.
Only 48 beds around pool area so get up early and line up for pool area to be opened at 9am. Food is always cold, but there is a microwave available, should we really be doing this in 4 star hotel?? All inclusive menu very hit and miss, and changes daily. There is also a policy of ONE DRINK per PERSON!! so if there are 2 of you , you both have to go and order!!! Sorry to say I lost my temper on day 3 and was allowed to order my wife's drink as well.
Hotel is well located and clean some staff are friendly some are rude, but that's life.
Think TUI should visit this hotel (there is no Rep based here) and sort out petty regulations that are imposed by hotel. Tui reputation is on the line with this hotel.
Obviously I could not recommend this hotel as I like to relax and feel wanted when I pay for a holiday.
Sorry DWO but you need to get your act together!

We stayed in Hotel Sirius for a week as a couple. Firstly the hotel location is great, set back a little from the main strip so a little quieter whilst still only being 5 minutes from the beach and a Carrefour. We had a premium room which was exactly as described, and comfortably suited our needs for the week. The cleaners were great and sorted the room out every day to a high standard. The food was fantastic, we were apprehensive about staying half board, but the food choice was mixed up every night and you always had the option to have fresh meat / fish cooked in front of you, so we really enjoyed. The pool and bar area were great, a few reviews mention lack of sunbeds but for the hotel size more than adequate, and we managed to get a sunbed everyday when we didn’t go to the beach. There is a lovely seating area around the bar you could sit on alternatively. Staff didn’t speak lots of English, but were all friendly and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Many thanks!

Just got back from the most perfect week with my better half! We couldnt of asked for more, the hotel and rooms were spotless the location was perfect and the food was spot on, the staff were all friendly but especially a guy called Jairo working in the bars, he was soo friendly nothing was ever too much trouble and he had great knowledge of the local area! He made our week just that little bit better! We upgraded to club select and it was so worth it, mini bar in the room, sun loungers included on the beach and a beach bar, thank you to sirius but a special thank you again to Jairo a real credit and asset to sirius!
