Bad ..... very bad worst hotel on the costa brava by far horrible staff Rubbish food ..... should sack them all and start again You should be ashamed of yourselves Promise change of room that never happens Bar man grumpiest person in Spain A disaster .... expecting Gordon Ramsey to appear any minute and sort them out

Myself and my wife Stayed at the mercury for 10 days in september really nice hotel in a nice location the staff were friendly although in our opinion the food wasnt up to much so we just ate out most nights as there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and resonably priced. Really enjoyed the Mercury. Great location near the shops and bars, near the beach too. Food best I have had in an all inclusive with lots of choice. Drinks good lots of choices on the all inclusive and all inclusive until 11pm. Clean hotel which is quite modern. Pool area is great, lots of sunbeds and large pool. Unfortunately not...

No free sockets in room only in bathroom or you have to turn off tv or fridge. 2 tipes free and premium wi-fi. Free is very slow, premium cost 5€/day or 20€/week. Same music in bar every evening, feels like déjà vu. Hotel have fitness room but most fitness equipments for legs, no dumbbells, weights. Some fruits in restaurant was...

Had a week at this hotel, and the design and the actual set up of the hotel could not be faulted. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the staff. With the exception of one young brunette at the reception desk, the staff were hell bent on saying no instead of yes to help their customers. Bar staff couldn't give...

we returned to the mercury for our second visit and wont be the last , the hotel is very clean cleaners never stop our room was spotless bedding changed clean towels every day only having to put the dirty ones in the bath, food is a hit and miss breakfast is good lunch and dinner is a hit and miss...

I booked this hotel due to its location as I wanted a beach hotel. Only 5 minute walk takes you to a fantastic shingle beach with clean bathing waters. The hotel is located at the start of Santa Susannas main promenade and offers great views of the sea for front facing rooms and a view of the hills and town...

Stopped at this hotel last weekend with a few mates for a three night break rooms very clean and modern nice view of the pool/sea on a all inclusive deal was a bit dubious only because of the price we paid but I couldn't knock it breakfast lunch and dinner lots of choice if you missed lunch you could get...

We travelled here a group of 7 adults for 5 days... Having read the reviews was not looking forward to it... but it was cheap On arrival on Saturday the hotel was lovely expect for the grumpy lady on reception. But on going to our rooms all on floor 3. It was clean and tidy and big a bit dated...
