Had a lovely time at Rye flatt farmhouse. It was such a lovely ending to me and my partners busy week. Cannot say anything bad about the service we have received. Lovely owners and a very warm welcome into their lovely home. I will be returning :)

Lovely farmhouse B&B in a nice little village. Very comfortable stay in a lovely room and a very good cooked breakfast with quality ingredients and good selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Marion is a very good host and very welcoming. Stayed whilst visiting family and friends and hope there is a room available when I am next visiting.

Lovely welcome by Marion. The farmhouse was a lovely restored 17th century farmhouse, central for our activities, in a small village-lots of walks & places to see.Our room looked out onto a lovely garden. The place was beautifully clean but the mattress does need replacing (feeling the age of it). Marion was a lovely chatty lady AND we would certainly... More

Rye Flatt farmhouse proved to be a delightful little discovery. It was an ideal base for visiting relatives in the area. Marion, the owner, could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable, we were warm and slept well. There was a little traffic noise with the windows open, but having said that the road... More

Comfortable , quite and amiable. my only consideration was the limited mobile phone reception and no in room wifi due to the thick walls. On the plus side this made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. :)

Beautiful and characterful bed and breakfast - a real find. The beds are fabulously comfortable and the place is spotless. Marion is very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to stay when visiting Lancashire. Very peaceful and quiet.

We are exploring Yorkshire over the next year and this little place has made us fall in love with Yorkshire and its people. This bed and breakfast is very comfortable with the perfect Hostess. Who made us feel very welcome and would definitely recommend this as place to stay. Thankyou Marion and Jim

Nice old farmhouse with thick stone walls and windows, pleasantly situated near Colne and plenty of tourist attractions, though my purpose was to visit Kelbrook Shooting School nearby on my way to the Lake District. I had a comfortable, very quiet room at the back. Generous breakfast with a good choice. Friendly reception. Off road parking. Very clean, well maintained... More
