It's some while since we last stopped here, well before the recent expansions, but it was a special birthday for my wife so we decided to push the boat out. Given the relative poor feedback the Fev has been having here of late I was a little concerned, but I suspect it must be professional moaners! We stopped for two...

I've read some pretty varied reviews over the last of couple of months and was very wary of what I was actually going to find. All I can say is it was amazing - from check in to check out hard as I tried I couldn't fault it. Staff were excellent, room was beautiful and food superb Outdoor pool was...

We started in room 33 (a spa suite) on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. On the Friday night we were accompanied by our 2 children (10 & 12) and the room provided more than enough space for us all to be comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and recently refurbished. Bathroom had a large...

We stayed at the Feversham for 1 night in a room with lounge area complete with fireplace and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in in England. We were slightly concerned when reading some reviews on here but our fears were allayed when we arrived. The reception staff were friendly and pleasant...

I booked with some reservations, given recent critical reviews on here. Try as I might I just could not find the rude arrogant staff or run down amenities mentioned below. All of the staff were very pleasant all of the time. Smiling, cheerful and helpful. The decor of the hotel was spot on and in pretty good shape. A few...

Good: Nice staff, some could do with extra training, particularly those waiting in restaurant RE food and wine choices. Breakfast good although waited about 45 mins as it was busy. Bad: Spa too small and too crowded. Hotel full, plus rainy day, plus hotel getting greedy and selling lots of day packages= queues for everything. Couldn't get in the jacuzzi...
