Breakfast each morning was gorgeous and very filling. Just what was required before a full day of hiking. Karen and Keith have lots of local knowledge and were generous... More

Perfect! Lovey hosts, cracking breakfast and homely B&B. Perfect for heading to 'Three Peaks' from here. Karen even made a fabulous packed lunch. Very peaceful both in village and here. Highly recommended!

My 4th visit here at Ferncliffe. Took my sister from Australia here en route to Scotland, and she loved it. The hospitality of the hosts Karen and Keith was exceptional as was the accommodation and breakfast. Once again, all was of the highest standard.

We cannot fault our stay here. Karen and Keith were the perfect hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. Spotlessly clean room, excellent breakfast and great location-what more could you ask? Karen was knowledgeable about the area which was really helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We have now stayed three times, at the Ferncliffe Guest house in Ingleton, the first time being in in July 2016 and the other twice in September. On each occasion, we have had a warm welcome, either by Karen or Keith. We have found on each occasion, the accommodation to be spotlessly clean, very comfortable and furnished throughout with excellent... More
