Very nice hotel, rooms were a good size, very clean. Good restaurant and food, would be hard to find fault if I'm honest. Seems nothing is to much trouble for the staff to handle and they are always willing to help. This hotel is situated right next to the caves and fun stuff for the children, also real handy as...

Modern and comfortable hotel near famous attraction. Rooms a good size and very quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Really good breakfast - full English to order, and buffet for fruit, cereals and continental. 24 hour bar.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious, and clean if a little sparse in décor. The bathroom was tidy and the shower had a nice flow to is (i.e. not too strong, but not a trickle either). The breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh for each person with a choice of how you wanted your egg....

I booked the Wookey Hole hotel on the spur of the moment, mainly as a pit stop on our way to Devon. Having a 10 year old who loved Wookey Hole when we last went also helped with my decision - she was only about 4 last time however! I booked a package deal, which included our hotel room, continental...

We paid a mid week special of just 29.99 for a double room. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Very fresh and clean. We got a 20% discount for our Wookey Hole tickets by booking in direct at reception. We had a very nice and reasonably priced evening meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all...

Clean pleasant child friendly hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast and evening meals were very good and reasonably priced. Caves & park directly opposite the hotel, lots of other places of interest to visit close by. My daughter, myself & grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

The room itself seemed very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were very polite. The area itself isn't bad, the Wookey hole caves were fun to see. Not a great deal to do in the area as it is literally in the middle of nowhere. If you want to do something, be prepared to travel. Also wasn't impressed that they...

Stayed here after visiting Weston for the day, clean and well presented with spacious rooms, welcoming staff, ample free parking; lovely surroundings and obviously perfect if wanting to visit the caves. There was a wedding on during our stay but noise wasn't an issue, and our room was situated away from the bridal party. There wasn't much choice in terms...

Hotel was clean a good three star. Staff were very good. You know nly have a choice of eating here or at the Wookey Hole inn across the road so bit limited for a long stay. Great for children and would go back with grandchildren. Apart from your room there is no where to sit and relax, except outside. Quite...
