Stayed here for one night and for the price of £59 it was well worth it. Great location, and although the place needs TLC and the nice manager knows it and hopefully he gets the investment he deserves, it still has loads of character and beats staying in a travel lodge any day

The reason for my rating is entirely to do with the staff. They couldn't do enough to help and be helpful, changing my booking for me, my room and even providing me with a complimentary drink. I paid 59 quid for the room, so I wasn't expecting the Ritz and those coming to stay

Strangely enough I have no idea about any purchase of carpet in the hotel, I stayed in it I didn't decorate it! Perhaps you could ask the hotel manager. SMH.
