By the time we arrived I felt we already knew Barbara and Bill. The plan was for a weekend of relaxing and that's exactly what we got. We were impressed by the quality of the rooms - little tastes of luxury all around. the extensive menu did not disappoint - a friendly, fine dining experience. And if you are looking...

So aptly named, it says it all. No matter what your troubles may be, this is the place to forget them. Such is the friendly welcolme from Bill and Barbara, the cosy fire as you enter the room and the relaxed atmosphere this accommodation offers, troubles or not, you cannot help but drift into relaxation and dreams. I'm not one to usually leave feedback but in this case an exception HAS to be made. The expression B&B does not do the experience of 'The Retreat' justice. From the moment that you arrive the hospitality from Bill and Barbara is aimed at making your stay a memorable one, and you will want to go back. Whether it be...

Really delighted with our stay with Bill and Barbara. We arrived on the day that Bill received his new sound system. He even sang some Garth Brooks for us. It was really a great experience, what B&B should be all about,

What a welcome we received from Barbara &Bill. They made us feel so comfortable,nothing was too much for them. Excellent accommodation,very clean & cosy. The entertainment from Bill was a surprise and really made our stay. We just want to go back, we feel we made friends and would highly recommend this B&B. Vi Sharon & Joanne. Bangor.
