This hotel is only 40 minutes from Aberdeen but it was like stepping back 40 years, not for the amenities or the service but for the tranquility. Several lounges for private conversations and a nice bar with the essential whiskers. Staff is very friendly. We had breakfast and diner twice, very satisfying. Rooms are large and with individual touch. I will...

After settling in we retired to the bar and enjoyed a couple of drinks beside the fire before heading through for dinner and the most amazing mousse created...
