Stayed one night whilst walking WHW, friendly greeting from Cher, room very large en suite a good size very clean all complimentries excellent quality beds were just so so so very comfy , Steve checked later on that we were warm enough. Even ear plugs available if the noise from the traffic disturbed us, personally I never heard a thing. We filled out what we wanted for breakfast and bank on time breakfast was ready, started with cereal or porridge with fresh berries, then a cooked breakfast which was freshly cooked and very hot, copious amounts of coffee and tea, toast, yoghurts more fresh fruit and fruit juice all served on beautiful crockery it was excellent and just what we needed to start the day when we were leaving we went to put our boots on and they had been cleaned!!!! Would highly recommend a stay with Cher and Steve

An excellent stopover if you are walking the west highland way. You are made to feel really welcome by your 2 hosts, and the offer of drying any wet clothes was a blessing. The room we had was a twin. It was clean and a good size, with coffee, tea, biscuits provided. A nice tough was the ear plugs to ensure a peaceful night's sleep as you are next to a busy road. The shower was good and hot and the full cooked breakfast was tasty. With coffee tea, toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt provided. You have to take your shoes off at the door as all the carpets were a light colour, seemed a reasonable request. No WiFi, but there is a tv and plenty paperbacks in the room. You are a short walk from the drovers Inn for an evening meal. The campsite nearby also has a small restaurant. All in all a pleasant overnight stay for myself and my daughter. Would definitely book again.

A lovely stop off while walking the West Highland Way. Sher and Steve were welcoming, friendly and the perfect hosts. Ideally placed for a meal at the Drover’s Inn (which was also excellent), my stay was everything I needed after a long day. The cooked breakfast was the perfect start for the next day, and the porridge is also highly recommended. All in all, the perfect stay.

A recently decorated, spotless well provisioned B&B, with wonderful personal touches and lovely breakfast. If you’re in need of a rest stop in Loch Lomond it’s a great option. Given how spotless the rooms are, we were asked to remove any wet clothes and dry our bags down before going inside, which made us feel a bit awkward and unwelcome. Be aware there is no Wi-Fi (surprising at the price point) and there’s an early curfew. Perhaps more suitable and better value accommodation for walkers near by.

Host will even wash your day's shirt and clean off your boots! Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was especially great with perfect fried eggs and rash of bacon. They served the best oatmeal and fresh berries! Highly recommend. Not many rooms, so book early.

This was a lovely welcoming and comfortable place to stay after the toughest section of the West Highland Way. Sher and Steve were so helpful, taking our muddy boots and walking gear and cleaning and drying them for us. Slept really well and the breakfast was fantastic. Can thoroughly recommend.

My son and I used this as the 2nd stop on our West Highland Way trip. After a tough 21 miles our hosts could not have ben more accommodating. Offered to feed us (even though we were there after 7.30pm and we hadn't requested food). Immaculately clean and tidy as well as a good room/shower. We chose to eat in the Drovers which was good at night. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and we really enjoyed meeting other walkers from round the world at the large breakfast table. Great hosts and I will be back next year

Steve and Sher could not be more welcoming nor attentive. An excellent B&B with lots of attention to detail. The great surprise was having our trousers washed and our boots cleaned - wow.
An excellent breakfast was provided and depending on your room, you may see red squirrel or pine martin.

When we arrived Steve and Cher greeted us at their lovely BnB. We had a huge day hiking the WHW and we settled in and gave them our muddy boots and pants as they requested. The next day we came down to an amazing breakfast and our pants and boots were clean. 😮 the rooms were spacious the beds comfortable and we both slept a solid 10ths. We were provided with ear plugs as the accommodation is close to the road but we didn’t use them. The quality of the toiletries. Tea coffee etc was excellent. Going back to breakfast we had REAL porridge, the best I have had since childhood, hot breakfast and every possible condiment. There was also a lovely German couple there and the rest of the hikers stayed at alternative accommodation. Our experience surpassed theirs. All we can say is a big thank you 🙏

After a long day's walk as part of the West Higland Way, Sher and Steve were welcoming hosts. They offered to clean our boots and helped by laundering our walking clothes. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

How do I find out the cost of one night's stay?

The telephone is difficult to find on the internet and we couldn't find prices anywhere. You can ring +441301704255 and ask the lady running the B & B. She booked us in and I then sent an email asking for confirmation which she sent immediately. Other walkers told us Beilnglas farm B & B is also good, it is not only a campsite. It is right on the path. I would not recommend Drover's Inn. Hope you have a good time and I would be glad to answer any other questions. Regards Helen

Our room was booked as part of a package deal, so I can't really comment on the price.
