My wife and I have just returned from a 10 day trip to The Highlands and travelling the NC 500. Having stayed in a few B&B's and Hotels on route this was by far the best accommodation we had the privilege of staying at. We had a lovely stay at this B&B. As soon as we walked in it felt... More

Our stay at The Sithean was idyllic- just the break we needed! We had beautiful views of the garden and hills from our room and the Loch from the cosy sitting room (just for guests) and dining room. We stayed for 4 nights and found it to be a great base for exploring the area - going to Applecross, Skye... More

My wife and I spent a night here in Lochcarron and were treated with great warmth and undeniable top class service. Lorna and Kenny welcomed us to their lovely home overlooking the Loch and the mountains beyond and provided the best B&B experience we have had. The ambience was relaxing, the rooms were beautifully appointed, the food was perfect and... More

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. The room was very comfortable with a good shower room, great views over the loch and excellent wifi. We were given tea, coffee and a delicious freshly baked scone when we arrived. The owners were very friendly and breakfast was amazing!

We were making a ten day round trip of north 500 road and stayed in ten different places of varying poshness. The sithean, though apparently modest, was quite outstanding in its quality. Very comfortable well thought out bedroom and showroom, delightful sitting room with charming views, and our hostess was kindness and helpfulness itself. First class breakfast. It was one... More

Just occasionally you come across a bed and breakfast that has got it absolutely right and Lorna and Kenny have done just that. In a beautifully decorated small house that was built by Kenny the attention to detail is noticeable everywhere. The view over Lochcarron is stunning the gardens are an obvious passion and the breakfasts are the best we... More

We had here a wonderful 4-night-stay in June. The hospitality and the breakfast were gorgeous and the view from our room over the pretty garden to the different lights over the Loch was fantastic! Lorna is so a pleasant and helpful person and very concerned about the well-being of her guests. So when she had seen our hundreds of midge... More

We spent three nights in this very luxurious B&B, and were so well taken care of by Lorna. She was most generous in her spacious house, with very beautiful view from the garden on the Loch Carron. It was an excellent place to start your travels in Wester Ross, and the breakfasts were spectacular. Highly recommended!
