My best B&B experience to date. was a very last minute getaway and so glad we chose Springbank. The room was immaculate, very cozy and warm. The bathroom was very spacious and fitted with an amazing rain-style shower complete with high quality Scottish soaps etc, PERFECT after our hillwalking (and getting caught in the rain and hail- what a treat to come back to). Sandra was very welcoming and really helpful, recommending some amazing dining experiences just a short walk away in town. We enjoyed some wonderful seafood and a few drinks thanks to her suggestions, despite the current government regulations and it being so late in the season. Breakfast also exceeded expectations, thoughtful and delicious!

We stayed one night on our way ot the Small Isles. We had a lovely room looking out across the harbour. The bed was comfortable, the walk-in shower just amazing. The breakfast was wonderful offering local produce (fish!)

A very nice guest house with contempory styling but not over-modern. Lots of art. Warm welcome from Tom who was good enough the next day, to drive uo round the bay with our suitcases...we were doing Scotland on public transport!. They made us a super takeaway breakfast as the ferry left early. Good bed, good shower.

Stayed here on the way two and from Skye, for three nights in total. I wish I could have stayed longer, the views from the room were amazing, the room itself was very comfortable with an exceptionally lovely bathroom, and the breakfasts were top quality. The host, Sandra, was extremely welcoming and flexible when we had issues with our ferry back from Skye. Next time I'm back in Mallaig, and there will be a next time, I won't even look at anywhere else.

Stayed here for 1 night prior to catching the ferry to Skye. On arrival the owner greeted us and explained measures in place in regards to Covid and what facilities were available. We were allocated room 2 with a fantastic view overlooking the harbour. The room was beautifully furnished with luxury toiletries and refreshments available. Breakfast was beautifully presented with fresh fruit, juices and cereal followed by a choice of hot breakfasts. Restaurants and shops 5 minutes walk. The guest house far exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
