We greatly enjoyed our four nights at Calibishie Cove. We were surprised and delighted to receive gifts in recognition of Valentine's and a birthday the following day. The views of the sea are sensational as is the local village of Calibishie. Its a "get away from it all" sort of place but with friendly and charming people who genuinely care...

What a wonderful 5 days I had at Calibishie Cove. As I was travelling alone, I decided to splurge on the penthouse. It was so worth it! Breathtaking view of the ocean, cool breezes flowing through the rooms all day long. It was perfect. Ken was an amazing host and his staff were top notch. Calibishie Cove is in a...

Calibishie Cove is an excellent value, located near many beaches with wonderful views of the sea. A delicious breakfast was included in our rate. Ken and the entire staff were attentive to our every need, and they made our Valentine's Day memorable.

Although the area is pretty and the bed was good, and the people were nice, the place is isolated and overrated by TripAdvisor. There is no restaurant there or in the vicnity worth visiting. You can order a meal in the morning for lunch or dinner at your terrace from a meny with gourmet text, but what you get is...

Dear Arne, I am sorry you seem not to have enjoyed your short time at Calibishie Cove, we spoke on a number of occasions and not once did you mention the concerns which you have raised in your review. In fact you were very complimentary on the three or four occasions that we spoke about the region and your visits...

We stayed here for a couple of nights (should have been 3 but our flight from Antigua was cancelled and we missed our first night in Dominica). Despite our delay, Ken was unfazed and he organised breakfast for us shortly after our arrival, which was most welcome. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and nothing...

My wife and I stayed at Calibishe Cove between Christmas and New Years. Simply put, I have no regrets with the decision of staying at this hotel and staying in this village--it's an amazing location and an unsung village of Dominica. To start with the owner, Ken is simply amazing. If you ask him anything, he will be more than...

Calibishi Cove is located right on the ocean and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Even better than the view was the friendly innkeeper, Ken, who warmly welcomed us when we arrived initially and again each time we returned from an outing during our stay! The sound of the ocean and island breezes lulled us to sleep each night....

We arrived on Christmas Eve and arrived late. Our meals were ready when we got there (Late) and unfortunately, our luggage did not arrive. The owner, Ken, was extremely friendly and helpful. In fact he even went to the trouble of going to a store on Christmas Day and bringing us back toothbrushes and toothpaste so that we had a...

We recently stayed here for 5 nights and were hosted by the wonderful Ken and Candice. Ken looks after the operation and is full ideas of where to go and what to do on the island. Meanwhile Candice serves a great breakfast and even better evening meals. The Callaloo soup, ribs and goat curry being the highlights which were also...

We were greeted on our arrival like long lost friends by Ken. He is a fantastic host and can't do enough for you. He took us to the Chocolate factory and also into the village to do some shopping. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The only...
