We arrive after the earthquake and had to have an upgrade chalet, it was fantastic, all the comforts and service you could wish for, welcome basket was filled daily, and towels replaced as soon as needed, toiletries were really nice, definitely no negatives. Bob and Rhianne were perfect hosts. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Alpine Springs Motel over labour weekend with our two little boys and they were very accommodating of family and little ones, providing a highchair and complimentary juice, milk and biscuits each day. Excellent facilities, well looked after and comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One night they set up a portable bbq so we could...

We came here for a girls weekend to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday. Nice warm welcome and cosy apartment. Because it was school holidays we were unable to get a late checkout but nice place to stay. Look out for a golden lab roaming around! Best part of the stay! <3

Fantastic stay. I stayed here with my 2 sisters in the Chalet at the front by the golf course. What a wonderful host, we were greeted and made to feel so welcome and at home. The room was toasty warm thanks to the heat pump, and the views of the gorgeous snow capped mountains from the kitchenette and lounge are...

First time in Hanmer Springs, we came across Alpine Springs hosted by Bob and his lovely wife. The room was down by the golf course. We settled in with wine and cheese overlooking the snow capped mountains and the golf course. The room was clean, warm and comfortable, the spa bath was brilliant. Bob is a happy entertaining host. We couldn't fault our stay in any way, we even woke up to snow outside but yet the room was so warm we didn't know till we walked outside. The room was very well equipped, it was very modern and luxurious. Will definitely be staying again in the near future

A great place to stay with chalet style cabins and car parking outside. A nice extra offered was a wide selection of DVDs at reception that were free to loan by guests. The rooms were spacious and the bath was huge. A little on the pricy side but it was clean, comfortable and had very welcoming staff, including the big...

We went for a weekend away as our usual place we like to stay was fully booked. Nice setting and peaceful at night. Lovely terrace to sit out on but a little pricey in my opinion. Lovely owners, and nice touches on arrival like milk and orange juice and biscuits. We had a spa bath and this was ok but...

This place checked most of the boxes. The owner was very sweet, there were hundreds of complimentary DVDs to choose from, and we got complimentary towels for the thermal pools on arrival. Sophie and Jodie (their Golden receivers 😂) were adorable! The bed in our suite was very comfortable and our kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We were...

Owner was absolutely lovely from arrival to departure. We stayed in Unit 8 which was immaculate and you could tell the proprietors take pride in their property. Great views along with 3 gorgeous Labradors on arrival! A well appointed welcome basket and personal tour of unit was much appreciated. Incredible value for money and would definitely return!
