This hotel touts being a 5 star hotel. I have been to other 5 star hotels and nothing about my stay was a 5 star experience. There is nothing special about this hotel. The room was small and unremarkable. The amenities like the pool are unremarkable. The breakfast was the standard European buffet with cooked to order eggs. The staff was also unremarkable. The location will prove difficult unless you rent a car as we did. The best part of the stay was the nearby beach which was beautiful and quiet but is not owned or operated by the hotel.

We are very surprised to receive such comments, as our hotel stands at the top of the list of Mykonos hotels according to our guests' opinions found here and on other relative sites. At this point, we want to note that the size of the room you booked can be easily retrieved online before booking. Your room was renovated back in 2020 and offers a spectacular sea view. Our hotel is part of the Greek Breakfast program of the Greek Chamber of Hotels and offers Greek and mediterranean food. Additionally, our award-winning restaurant offers mediterranean and Greek dishes with local and regional products that our guests may enjoy at the restaurant with sea view. All hotel staff is well trained and always willing to assist in every possible way in every hotel department and amenity including the pool area, the SPA area and the reception. Regarding the location, our hotel is known to be built in a peaceful location 10km away from Mykonos town, just 300m from the amazing sandy organized beach of Kalo Livadi, away from the crowded center and the traffic. We are sad that the hotel taste did not match yours. We underline that our company strives to offer the best possible accommodation and finds ways to improve our services so all guests’ accommodation is of high standards. From check in to check out the experience was sublime. The staff are nothing short of fantastic! They are friendly attentive and remember all this small details and remembered our favourite choices! They are accommodating friendly and available 24/7! Each room has a sense of privacy and offers a beautiful view… immaculately clean and refreshed daily! I really can’t find fault! We had fantastic time! So much so we have already booked for our visit next year! We found the location ideal to enjoy the views and experiences that Mykonos has to offer!

Excellent personnel in total ,very helpful concierge and we thank everyone specially during breakfast!!! Many choices for breakfast, hot and cold and the coffee was magnificent !!! The view of our room no 111 was unique and the room so quite . We spent 3 weeks in this magic island and our choice regarding the hotel helped a lot , to make our stay unforgettable !!! Although we did not have the best weather (strong wind) the overall holiday experience was very nice. The front office was always helpful, gave tailored advices concerning beaches (Ornos is the most quiet one in case of strong wind) and restaurants and made desired reservations at all day and night times. The staff of the hotel-restaurant was very friendly and courteous as well. Our premium sea view room had great view as expected and the balcony was roomy and even equipped with an outdoor-couch. However - a little incomprehensibly - the room did not have a wardrobe but a shelf with drawers and a free clothes rail. The breakfast buffet was near luxury. Finally, the front office was very supportive in the case of a forgotten blazer, as they even organized free shipping upon request. …

The hotel is very round out. It needs a big refurbishment. The amenities in the room are not for a five-star hotel. In the bathroom, you don’t have even the conditioner. The room is very basic with basic amenities. The service is very bad. The staff is not prepared and not willing to accommodate five-star hotel guests. There is no help with parking your car even though the hotel is on the hill the park is the parking is below the hotel. There was no help with carrying the luggage from the car to the hotel. The breakfast is not on the level of five-star hotels in Mykonos and we already slept there. One morning we asked to get 2 espressos and were told that since it was 11.05 we needed to pay for the espresso which just five minutes ago was included in the breakfast. The pool is very small and it can get crowded so don't expect to swim in it. Not a very nice experience for somebody looking for a five-star hotel in Mykonos.-- …

Dear Guest, We thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very surprised to receive such comments, as our hotel is well equipped and staffed. We do offer conditioner in the bathroom and our staff is well trained to assist you from the time you arrive to the time you leave the hotel. There are numerous other reviews verifying that. Regarding the hotel parking, guests arriving with cars usually stop at the reception area where we welcome them and assist them with their luggage. After check-in process, they may park the car at the dedicated hotel parking area at the end of the street. Additionally, all our guests are informed that breakfast is from 8.00 to 11.00 every morning. All types of offered coffee in the breakfast are completely free only during this period. Pool might get crowded sometimes when all guests need to relax and swim at the same time. We are sorry if you had such a rare experience during your stay. Our company strives to offer the best possible accommodation and finds ways to improve our services so all guests’ accommodation is of high standards. This hotel provides the most amazing breakfast with great selection and great local products and ingredients, served at the terrace with sea view. Room with nice sea view. Most of the staff very welcoming and helpful (though not all, we had same problem 2 days with room key, it was identified as a problem with battery of the locker, reception was informed but technician finally solved it only after 2 days). Hotel is at walking distance from Kalo Livadi beach. All in all good value for money for Mykonos.

It is a good hotel with big rooms and beautiful patios and terraces. They have nice and friendly staff but I think that they need to improve their cleaning habits. The breakfast was fair with enough choices. I don’t think that is a fair ratio value per money

The staff are absolutely fantastic from the house keeping to the waiters and bar staff. They can’t do enough for you always have a smile so friendly and welcoming we had two rooms and house keeping were fantastic clean towels every day and bedding. So clean. Restaurant food was superb. Special mention to Faya she was so friendly. Sorry we missed her when we left.

Just came back from ALH. Lovely modern rooms with large balcony overlooking the sea. Comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast good with choice of eggs cooked to your preference. Menu choices for snacks/lunch & dinner very limited but cooked well. Staff very pleasant & welcoming. Drinks ok, pool great, gym brill. Sadly it lost a rate from me because of the construction to the side & behind the hotel. Didn’t matter where you were in the complex or even down on the beach it could be heard & it was loud & disturbed what could of been a more relaxing holiday,, moving to another room was offered yet pointless when it was no different in noise level. I did complain to Tui as I felt I should have been pre warned & maybe offered another hotel elsewhere. They apparently spoke to the hotel who replied with ‘there is construction all over the island & even all over the world’. Evidently not true,, I wouldn’t purposely book this place knowing they were using drills & diggers next to me. So a ridiculous comment. Also very isolated, so maybe hire a car. Some guests were only there for the odd night or two.. very wise as a week is too long imo.. Thank you to the staff though. They are a credit to the hotel. …

Dear Guest, Thank you for the feedback. We are pleased to know that our staff met your expectation and your stay was overall comfortable. While we strive to offer the best of our hospitality to all guests, there are some points mentioned that are beyond our control. Regarding your complaints, be informed that the construction took place ½ km away from the hotel, hence it is not next to the hotel or in the hotel surroundings, as you mentioned. There is some noise within the proper hours, but all this is legal. For your information, excavation works are in progress in so many places all over the island, as it is in every city or region all over the world and last for some days, depending on the type of construction. That is something unpredictable and can not be scheduled so the hotel may take any action in advance. As per the hotel procedures in such situations, you have been offered to move to another room within the hotel premises in a way to reduce the noise during working hours, but that was denied. Thus, the hotel was not given the chance to assist you. Moreover, our business is ideally located just 10km from Mykonos town. This information is perfectly stated on all platforms and included in every single hotel information file. From the hotel to visit the town you may either take the complimentary hotel shuttle, the local bus, the public taxi or even book a private taxi or a rental. It was a great pleasure for us to have stay at our hotel. We hope to have the opportunity to accommodate your next stay in a future trip of yours. The Management Team
