Solid 4 star resort. Stayed in the deluxe room, which was more than spacious enough with a nice large outdoor shower. Nice private beach with a couple of small swimming pools, and a great breakfast included. Also included is the national park fee and boat access from the mainland which is helpful. Located close to the small main street. Highly... More

I went with group of my frens... the check in at the pier was very smooth, they arrange all our luggage from van - boat - hotel - room without we being bothered. The check in /out at the hotel was also quick as they have fix time for check in / out due to boat departures. We had requested... More

We stayed 4 night at Sai Kaew Resort. The Vilas are ok/average. The choice at Breakfast was ok - indeed there was no fresh juice (even if you pay). Mandatory X-Mas Dinner was very overpriced for the provided food. Beach and water are nice - there are a lot of boats coming and leaving all day long. It was ok... More

Excellent place, clear water, less crowded , lot of privacy , interesting transit by speed boat, but very difficult for a vegetarian to survive a couple of days , even very difficult for fish eaters from India.

I stayed at Sai Kaew Resort for 2 nights on a long-weekend break from work in Bangkok. My overall impression is that few will have a bad experience at Sai Kaew but that it is by no means good value for money. In the 8 years that I have lived in Thailand, I can't remember ever paying quite this much... More

We live in Bangkok and it was a breath of fresh air to visit this gorgeous little island within driving distance from Bangkok (& then short speed boat or 1/2 hour ferry from Rayong). It is only 12kms around the island and you can hire golf buggys or motor bikes to get around. We have a little baby girl and... More

Koh Samet is one my favorite islands in Thailand.. And Sai Keaw beach resort is an alazing hotel nicely located on Sai Keaw Beach. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are huge, modern and clean. The infinity pool is really nice although you would prefer to swim in the beautiful clear sea. The breakfast (with a view) is good... More

My husband & I visited Samet for the 1st time last month & we spent a lot of time doing research on where to stay - all that paid off! If you want to stay on Sai Kaew Beach this is easily the nicest resort on the strip. We stayed in a bungalow, it was cute, clean & comfortable. During... More

We had 4 nights at Sai Kaew resort after 3 weeks travelling. The sun shone and the beaches were near empty all resulting in a calm relaxing break. The staff were all helpful and kind. The hotel is on the beach with an area of sun beds for hotel guests. 3 pools on the hotel grounds with plenty of sun... More
