My experience as someone who walked into the reception and asked at the front desk, even though they have a PADI sign on front desk, was they were not interested and sent me to another hotel employee on the beach who said not this time of the year. Then another employee said they had lost their dive staff. Basically, the hotel is clearly not interested in diving otherwise the front desk would have been on top of it.
