I have just spent a week here. Pertisau is a small quiet town perched between lake and mountains and this hotel is in the middle of the town. The common areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and smart. On arrival we were escorted into the restaurant and given a welcome drink. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Our... More

We spend 6 nights and planning to go back next year. Coming from very far this means something....it means that Karwendel is doing a lot right. The newly renovated rooms are beautifully designed and have stunning views of the mountains and lake. The service in the restaurant was outstanding and the food, especially the served menu was excellent....the buffets were... More

It was clean, well kept, family business, with a lovely staff. If we have to point to something, it would be that the kitchen closes at 9, however, the lovely lady who recieved us made sure we had some dinner after all. Good wine, great location.

We had the chance to stay in the Karwendel hotel for four days. After arrival with a really warm welcome, we got a short tour through the hotel and were invited to enjoy the afternoon snack, which was not just a snack. It was offered in form of a buffet with soup, main dish, salat and some fruits and cakes.... More

On a Scale of 1-10, this hotel rates a 9. It would have been perfect if the bed linens had top sheets. We had wonderful comforters (hypoallergenic) but they were too hot. I had requested a top sheet but was told they did not have any so I improvised and requested two additional duvets. All they had were single bed... More

A little bit disapointed upon arrival as the hotel is in a very crowdy village with only hotels and rooms to rent, and on the main street. But at night it is very quiet and a pleasure to stay there. Every people of the staff is very kind, ask anything you will get an answer and help. Standard room is... More

From the moment you check in until you return the key at the end of your stay every one of the staff make you feel at home - the restaurant offers wonderful meals and breakfast choice is wide. The water temperature in the indoor/outdoor pool is wonderful !

Nice hotel, peaceful location, very good food, great service, friendly staff. We where there on a romantic getaway, and planning on going back there next year. Word of caution: people are completely naked in the SPA area, which typical for European SPAs. You get used to it. The SPA was very relaxing
