Nice hotel near center and close to the station. The hotel has a nice restaurant but the prices are on the higher site. Service is good, but the food may have more herbs and spices, it is just plain nothing special. Decorations and interior are beautiful. Rooms are clean and prices are fair.

Small hotel with a friendly staff and conveniently located. The rooms vary a lot in size: I had a large room whereas my colleague's travelling with me was tiny. The hotel is right next to the station and the railway and is therefore noisy.

Been a while since I stayed here, still arguably the best hotel in Bornem. Some rooms are a little cramped, comes with the position as the hotel appears to have been a conversion at some time. Could do with a couple more power points in these days of multiple charging requirements. Excellent restaurant is probably a major feature of the... More

Nicely decorated small hotel, opposite Bornem railway station. But : the rooms at this hotel are extremely small. No aircon, so our room was very hot. (varied) breakfast served only until 10am on a sunday, which we found early - and we got kicked out at 10h05.

Visiting friends nearby, we booked the hotel a couple of months before. We didn't use the restaurant, save for breakfast on the following 2 days. However, to arrive and be informed by the staff the hotel was closed until the following day was a difficult start, as the booking had been accepted online. This was cleared up by the Manager,... I would consider this hotel as the best option to sleep and eat (especially to eat) in the area. The bistro in Notelaer is really very good. Beer and wine are excellent, as one can imaging:) Most locals go their for lunch. Hotel is clean, nice. There is a parking possibility. WiFi is available. Better than, hotels in St. Niklas.

I stayed here initially alone, then with friends in February 2013. It was extremely easy to find, being right next door to the station (which looks like a grey bungalow). The reception is functional and nicely decorated, but there is no lift. The rooms are small but totally fine - well maintained, quiet and comfortable. The shower rooms are nicely... More

The Bistro at this hotel is really excellent! Only that is worth a stay! The rooms are alright, the building has a lot of character with very cosy local atmosphere. Ate a variant of their "salad", a salmon wrap w lobster and walnuts w a poached egg. It was perfect. Breakfast has the stuff you need but nothing in abundance.... More

With the best restaurant in Bornem just downstairs this hotel is a convenient choice. Nice, clean rooms but can be a bit noisy from the nearby train station. It's a rather small place so do not expect too many amenities.

Business trip again and our local office booked this location again. Sad to say, I will not ever stay here again! My advice to "Hotel seekers" - stay somewhere else. You'll thank me if you want to feel welcome. Other than a total remodel of their restaurant, nothing at this hotel has changed in a year. Same employees - same... More
