We booked a last minute 2 night stay for 2 adults and a child through booking.com. booking.com did not make clear that the room we booked (standard) could not accommodate a child. We were informed of this upon arrival, however domein westhoek had already noticed and upgraded us to a luxe room with an extra bed. So what could have...

Travelled for a large family gathering and stayed at the hotel. Good facilities, good breakfast, really lovely pool area. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Lots of great walks in the area and a lovely coastline to walk along. Will certainly return!

So this is my second review for this hotel... We went back and all of our concerns have been totally rectified. Pool was a lovely temperature, our son loved it, cot was like new and much more comfortable and everything else was as expected. Love this hotel and will be returning again soon.

I must start by saying we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel is more than adequate however very small details could make this hotel perfect. Room was nice and spacious, cot provided was ripped and mattress was a bit hard, bed was ok just didn't feel even. Indoor pool looks lovely and had a children's pool but was extremely...

We stayed at this hotel with our dog. Employees at the reception were very friendly, helpfull and kind. Room and bathroom are a bit outdated (we stayed on first floor, standard room). The towels, bed linnen and bed itself should be renewed, the bed was in bad shape. Breakfast was good, the dining room was nicely renovated. This hotel is...

We attended a 4 day conference here. Our room was on the 2nd floor, but the lift was very efficient. The room was very comfortable, with a good bathroom. The food was excellent and the staff in the Restaurant and Bistro, wee very friendly and helpful and spoke and understood English very well. The hotel had very good facilities.

A wonderful hotel from which the seashore is a stone's throw away. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and constantly resupplied. The hotel had a wellness facility that was very recently renovated. It was of the best I've seen in a hotel. We were fortunate enough to have the wellness facility to ourselves for several hours and it was a true...

The hotel was chosen as the base for a classic car meeting (Friday - Sunday) and for which purpose it was perfect. A rather non-descript archtectural style (like a very square blockhouse) belied the warmth of the reception inside and staff whose command of English puts us to shame! Our room (which I think was typical) was pretty basic but...

The hotel is nicely located near the sand dunes and at walking distance from the seashore. It's a good and quiet location where some rooms have views on the dunes. Our room was equipped with all modern comfort and clean. A babybed was also provided for our convenience (travelling with baby). A positive point was that pets are allowed in...
