Driving back home to the Netherlands we stopped for a night at the Perle. Granted it is a small hotel but our Host knew who we were as soon as we walked in, and referred to us by our name. It rarely happens in things day and age. The rooms are average in size and very quiet, ours had a... More

Pearl by name and pearl by nature. The hosts are amazing and could not be more helpful. The room we had was small but beautifully formed. Clean with a lovely comfy bed. We had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant and it was superb and great value. Breakfast is also very nice.

We have stayed at the Perle am Rhein on two occasions on our way back from Austria. The most recent was at the end of May. The welcome is always incredibly friendly which is so nice after a long drive. The rooms are very clean with views of the river. The food is delicious and served in a very pleasant... More

Traveling with my sister and special needs daughter. While the hotel is not handicap accessible, my daughter can climb stairs with assistance. Markus was excellent in responding promptly to my many queries and made every attempt to make things easier for us. We loved staying there. Dinner was excellent, the view of the Rhine is great. All in all it... More

The room was clean and very small. The worst was the size of the bathroom and a certain smell. We had a small balcony overlooking local peoples gardens, very nice. also looked at the Rhine and hill on the other side with the castle. The traffic on the rhine with large barges did not stop but great to view. One... More

This was our third hotel on our walking tour, the Rheinburgenweg. Our luggage had arrived before us and was obviously not expected by the owner, however all was well in the end and he helped carry our bags to our room. The room was fairly small but the bathroom was tiny with no room to swing the proverbial cat! However... More

The situ of this hotel is second to no other with an absolutely fabulous view of the Rhein from the rooms and the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is cooked to perfection and the breakfast is absolutely fabulous. It is also very close to Kobelz which is a fabulous place for shopping! There is some trains nearby but there... More

Over looking the Rhine, not far from the Lorelei Rock, sperated by a main road but still very quiet and comfortable. Booked at the last minute but a goood choice. Restaurant was excellent, big portions, well cooked, served quickly. Owner is a chef so has high standards. Very friendly and welcoming, nice location, lots to see around the area. I... More

The Perle is situated just across the road from the mighty river Rhein with great views of it's ever changing river traffic, luxury cruisers, KD ferries, local ferries, barges of all shapes and sixes from a variety of countries. The owners, Susanne and Marcus, provide a very genuine welcome to all visitors. Although they both speak English, Marcus is a... More

What a lovely friendly hotel, very friendly people, We had a small balcony with a fantastic view over the Rhine to the castles across the river. Lovely evening meal and plenty of choice for breakfast. Even though the train was across the river, we never heard any noise at night to disturb us. Lots of parking outside the hotel. Thank... More
