We have had another NEW YEAR PARTY at REMAGEN over 6 days. We travel by flying from Birmingham to Dussledorf then travel by rail to Remagen hotel just across the road from the station. We went to tour round Koblinz shopping for gifts for back home and a trip to Cochem on a day ticket. Next day we had a...

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful - and the food was superb. One small drawback is that credit cards aren't accepted, but there are several cash points in the town so this isn't really a problem. Also there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms

We stayed here with Travelsphere over Christmas and they couldn't have done more to make it fun and inclusive. Even the owners family joined us for meals on Xmas evs and Xmas day. All the staff were fantastic especially Sema and Ewe. Nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment superb. Rooms were very clean with plenty of hot water and free...

Just spent an excellent Christmas here. Absolutely spotless, comfortable and friendly. The family couldn't do enough for us, the food was fantastic and as much or as little as you wanted. We were entertained on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Very handy for the station but not too noisy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A really friendly and clean hotel situated in a lovely little town next to the Rhine. We stayed here while on a Crusader coach tour of the Christmas markets at Koblenz and Cochem. I cannot fault it for the price we paid the beds are comfy the showers hot and food wholesome and plentiful. I really fail to understand the...

Stayed here as a part of a Rail Discoveries tour. It's situated opposite the railway station at Ramagan. The rooms are comfortable with free WIFi in most areas, food is buffet style, that's breakfast and dinner. The staff are quite helpful. As always in most hotels in Europe, no tea or coffee on the rooms, so take your own. You...

This hotel is long past it's sell by date. The decor is very jaded 1960's with lots of woodchip wallpaper, lino flooring in the bedrooms and a very tired dining room. The hotel does not have a lounge where it is possible to sit and relax. The experience starts at reception which is in a corridor and therefore cannot fit...

A really first class hotel run by the two Pinger brothers, who are very much "hands-on" owners. The accommodation was comfortable and warm in the sub-zero weather, staff were at all times helpful, friendly and efficient, and the delicious food was plentiful, well presented and with plenty of choice. For a touring holiday in the Rhine valley this hotel could...

I can't add any more comment's to the positive review's for Hotel Pinger, wonderful experience, plus the best scrambled egg i have ever tasted!! Although our room was at the front of the hotel, we were not affected by any rail noise, which was slight. The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay (minus 4-5) but the hotel was always...

We were part of a group from Rail Discoveries doing train trips in the Rhine Valley and you couldn't ask for a nearer hotel to Remagen station than the Pinger - it is right across the road. The reception are is quite small and narrow so we had to spread out while we got our keys but that was no...
