Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

To get there X96 bus outside the terminal (turn right) cost €5.50 and take about 70 mins, stop right outside the hotel. You need to buy the ticket before boarding at the kiosk as they don’t sell ticket on board. Hotel at first impression looked great, smell lovely and great lobby. We booked an excecutive room with spa, was very disappointed as the room was very small and dirty. The bath looked like a standard bath see picture below. Though the view was spectacular BUT the noise level from the road was horrendous and kept us awake all night. Housekeeping, they do change the bins and towels but they don’t clean the room and replenish teas and coffees. Our dirty cups were still left on the table for during our stay. My dressing gown had a big hole underneath the arm which I found hilarious 🤭🤣 Outside nowhere to eat nor shop close by to buy any essentials. Bus A2 takes around 40 mins to go to the main city centre. We contacted Booking.com to change hotel, they advised us to speak to the hotel in order to get a refund or find us an alternative room which is a standard at the back of the hotel. Why would you downgrade when you pay for extra? Apart from the staff, we wouldn’t recommend the hotel

The hotel is very good. The staff is very kind The beach is very close, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Very close to the hotel is also a vending machine where you can buy bus tickets. To get to Syntagma Square take the A2 bus (35-40 minutes) To get to Piraeus take the A1 bus (25-30 minutes) Attention those who go with children and are looking for peace, it could be a problem because the hotel is next to the highway and there will always be car noise.

Hotel was fine other than we paid for a sea view room at the front and the road outside was used as a motor cycle race track in the early hours which kept us awake. If you book here stay in a basic room towards the rear of the hotel

This hotel is situated approximately 45 minutes by tram outside the centre of Athens. Public transport by tram and bus is frequent and good. The hotel is opposite a really good beach but a very busy road is in between and very noisy ! The room are good, very comfortable and give you all you need for your stay. There is a tiny pool, more of a plunge pool. The staff are lovely, so helpful and pleasant. This is not a destination hotel but more than adequate for a stop over. The food is poor, they have a good dining area but the choice of menu and the quality of meals is bad. Not many people eat here in the evening and it could be so pleasant as if you have been out all day it is good to relax in the evening without having to travel out again. We had an executive room facing the sea but I would recommend you book a suite as you have a bigger balcony that you can actually sit on . I feel that I have been factual and fair in this review and hope it helps future travellers.

Except for one gentleman this whole staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful I was alone with my two year old, my room was not ready I had to wait 2 hours after traveling with my daughter for filiatra a small town in Peloponnese, the room we ordered was supposed to have two beds we called and they reassured my brother that it accommodates three adults it had a double bed and a cot , we only found out when we got there that it does not exist (two double beds in a room). they thankfully accommodated that and gave us another room at of course an extra coat my brother and his girlfriend would have had nowhere to sleep. I would say that was the only thing I can be thankful for. There was supposed to be 24-7 service it’s a lie they kept saying there’s no food or alcohol or coffee I asked for three days and never got service. The restaurant waitress told me that the front is supposed to be giving us service when the kitchen is closed but they are all lazy or don’t feel like it so they say they can’t. The hotel is loosing so much money for poor customer service and refusing to serve people. Also they were so unaccomidating to me and my daughter I was alone … I would say it’s not a kid friendly hotel and the pool was not very nice. Even the waitress was not willing to serve me because her shift was finishing when we arrived so we were left with no food as we arrived from a three hour car ride with luggage not able to even go out and get something. It was disappointing. The custodian was also very nice and helpful. The manager Andrea was very rude.

I’m not usually one to review but people need to know this! Avoid like the plague! The room we were provided was not what we booked, and the hotel made no attempts to rectify or compensate this Pool was closed, and we were not told prior to our arrival. Shower pressure was weak The A/C barely cooled the room The location is ok and the hotel is fine, if all you need is a place to put your bags.

Very little and old room (carefull with beautiful pictures on site), not hot water, air Clim block to 25 degrees cause too expensive, you can’t sleep cause very noisy with 6 ways road (like a highway), pool is little like a bath, no duvet only a sheet to sleep, mold on the walls, bathroom doors don’t close etc. Breakfast only the donats are great, same food every day.

For a base to stay this hotel was perfect for us as we had a wedding nearby. The WiFi worked well and check-in/Check-out was seamless. The pool wasn't in great condition but there is a huge sandy beach opposite the hotel - so most guests likely just use the sea. We didn't bother eating breakfast there but it seemed a fairly standard offering. There was a large empty fridge in the room and the Receptionists we're helpful with recommendations/transport tips to local places.

The prices are comparable to a four star hotel but the overall experience was closer to two star hotel. The breakfast is very underwhelming and disappointing. You can’t get real coffee or juice. The staff is nice. They say that the rooms are sound proof but the road next to the hotel is really loud so you can still hear it inside. It is nice to have a beach near the place but the road sadly takes a lot from it. The public transport options are a pro if you go for visiting the city.
