My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and everything was perfect. We were in Room 28 which had a large double bedroom and a living room/second bedroom both being very spacious. Each room had a cute little balcony where we enjoyed sitting, and the location was very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still only a very short walk away. The hotel was immaculately clean and the breakfast which was included had a great variety of food. Irini is so lovely and helped us with any questions we had before travel and also with transfers to and from the port. We are so sad our visit is over and really hope to return one day. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Irini and everyone else at the hotel Marinero.

This little gem just 5 minutes away from Naoussa Paros, is one of the most excellent stays i've ever experienced. Starting from the architecture of the hotel and it's awesome pool to the excellent breakfast we had every single day.

You can relax, enjoy the pool, read your book in peace with such great convenience.

Last but not least, Irini and the rest of the team were really really helpful and full of energy and happiness. They made our days a little more brighter. You guys rock!

P.S. Get to meet Makis, the most relaxed dog ever.

This was a great choice of hotel for my girlfriend and I. The staff were very friendly with favors (like keeping our bags after checkout) and recommendations (hikes, restaurants, etc). The rooms are a bit small, but both incredibly appropriate for the price point and were great. The breakfast buffet was also great! And the pool was well kept.

This little hotel on the Island of Paros was very cute! For the rate offered, the location was great and the owners were very nice. It included a decent breakfast and had a pool that was a little akward and didn't really serve its purpose, but with all the beautiful beaches on Paros, it didn't really matter. The only complaint was that the shower and bathroom wasn't the best, but for the price, the stay was lovely...

The owners where beautiful and very helpful and friendly. The hotel grounds where very clean and beautifully manicured and decorated. Could not complain about service at all. The cleaners, breakfast hosts where all friendly and lovely too.

Fantastic location, right between the beach and the town Centre. 7 minute walk to town Centre and 5 minute walk to beach.

We found that the rooms and balcony where a bit small for long stays and for 2 suit cases, however we where in a twin room with 2 suit cases- suites may be different. We also found the bathroom was very very small and made showering more of a chore as we flooded the bathroom every time we had to shower. The breakfast was very basic bread, ham, cheese, turkey, jams, yogurt, cereal and boiled eggs, which was fine we didn’t mind going out for breakfast occasionally when we wanted something a bit more.
The WiFi didn’t reach the rooms either and was only available in the common areas.

Great value for money as an overall hotel though and we did enjoy our stay very much, the location was definitely a stand out for us.

Really hated staying here. Arrived to lists of rules and regulations. Sat by the pool for an hour one day and got filthy looks from the female manager walking through - clearly we ruining the view, as the pool is obviously not intended for use. We were accused of damaging their property and fined for getting some make-up on a towel (easily washed out) and were then supplied with old towels (grey and hard) for the rest of our stay!

Located next to a half-built house and wasteland, ants everywhere & appaling wi-fi service added to us feeling uncomfortable there and couldn't wait to leave.

we had an extraordinary experience in the Marinero. from an initial warm welcome, albeit with lots of rules and regulations especially about the pool (which is tiny and not intended to be actually used by guests, it's more decorative) we came to realise that guests are an inconvenience and certainly shouldn't get in the way of the prettiness of the hotel. after our first day we came back to an incredible 'letter from the management' complaining that we had destroyed sheets and towels with our makeup and would have to pay for replacements! the 'destroyed' towels had been removed and replaced with old worn ones, and this set the tone for the remainder of our stay, where we felt like hostages. It really ruined our holiday, which was for a special event. I would say, get out of hospitality, or learn to treat your guests with genuine warmth. it is not possible to maintain perfection in all things while still providing a people-orientated service. I will never be back and am amazed at the positive reviews, while the hotel was very clean and nicely presented for me it's all about how welcome you feel - and we didn't! by the way we've stayed in places all over the world, most of a higher (official) standard and never had a problem.

The bathroom floods every time you shower. Horrible view. When there was a family emergency and we told the manager that we may have to leave he threatened to call the police. Rude. Not allowed to swim in the pool, it is for decoration. Very damp. Pest problems. Disrespectful. No locks on the doors. The shower curtain doesn't go around the whole shower, and sticks to you if you close it, and even if you do the water doesn't stay contained to the shower. It's not in the town, you have to walk for about 10 minutes uphill/ downhill (depending on whether you are going to or leaving the hotel). Staff can go in and out of your room without knocking. Tiny refrigerator. It's just not worth the money.
