Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pakadakis - the VIEW! Yes, its on a steep hill but the VIEW was amazing! Yes, it was small, but oh so intimate. So intimate, they knew you by name! Yes, it had lots of steps but the landing area had a pool, bar and lounging area with a VIEW! Breakfast had enough top choose from, not fancy but FRESH! Location: PERFECT, walking distance to Naousa Let me say it again....the VIEW, was breathtaking! Staff - so accommodating right from Helen at the front desk to Antula at the bar. The laughter, the restaurant recommendations and the spirit of everyone. Thank you for the starting the front end of our vacation to a GREAT start!

We have just had a wonderful 3 nights in Suite 1. The room is a great size, really clean and loads of space (shower head a bit dodgy but nothing bad!). The views down into the town and across the bay are fantastic. The hotel is a 5 minute walk down a hill into Naousa so really well placed. It is split over 3 levels so lots of stairs as some of the other reviews say so just bare that in mind. Everyone at the hotel were really friendly and happy to help with any question. Would definitely recommend!

Views from hotel are amazing. Overall the hotel is maintained well and I would definetely come back. Room is modern, clean and large. We stayed in superior room on 2nd floor. Helen and staff are great and we enjoyed the breakfast. Plenty parking and few mins walk to Naoussa.

Our stay at Papadakis Hotel was wonderful. The hotel location is simply perfect, an easy walk from the central area of Naoussa, but removed and up on a hill so that you get a beautiful view! The room was very spacious, and the hotel amenities, including an excellent breakfast, were excellent. I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Naoussa!

This is a beautiful hotel with a delicious breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable spacious rooms. The views from top of the hill are magnificent. Highly recommend. Only one small thing I didn’t like. The shower curtains are so thin, so when taking a shower, they cling to one’s body constantly, billowing up and sticking to one. If they would fix that, this would be a strong 5!

The hotel is located five minutes away from the centre of Naousa. The it has a beautiful view over the city and the Aegean. The room was vary spacious and the bed very comfortable. Both the room and the facilities of the hotel were very clean. The swimming pool is a nice addition for a quick break. The breakfast had everything one could ask.

Stayed here for a week and although we didn't spend time at the hotel (because we spent our days exploring) we found it to be clean, tidy and staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Any queries or help we needed were dealt with straight away. Breakfast area was great with good range of foods and drinks. It can feel like a bit of a climb but it's not that bad. Views were amazing to from the bar/pool area. Our only gripe was our room (6) was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel, quite dated. But other than that, it's minutes walk from the centre of town, bus stop and restaurants. Would definitely consider returning, if we could get a newer room.

Stayed there as a couple for a week. We had one of the suites, which were Beatifully furnished and really nice. Only negative things are that the closet is too small for a longer stay and the hot tub could have been a little more cleaned. The hotel area is small but super clean with great staff,a great location with a nice view and a real great breakfast. Felt really comfortable there!
