Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel has it all. Huge rooms (we had a Villa). Beautiful views. Outdoor verandas for coffee or homemade meals in your fully stocked kitchen. A beautiful pool with breathtaking views. Great breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Close enough to Nousa (8-10 minutes but silent at night with stars above. We would and are definitely coming back. Great alternative to a VRBO services with space and a beautiful location. As I am writing this I can see the sea in 4 different locations! Come see.

After reading the reviews, I was concerned that this hotel was too good to be true. It is priced well below most of the other 5 star options in Paros or most of the other islands. We reserved the 3 bedroom Presidential Suite for the cost of a hotel room at many other hotels this past week in August. The room was huge with a great kitchen, living room, private pool, outdoor bbq, and two terraces with a great view. Couldn’t have been happier. Is it 5 stars as we now define them with high-end curated everything including “models” for concierges, fancy furniture that looks great but you don;t want to sit in and “gourmet” breakfasts that usually have food you can’t pronounce and often don’t want to eat. It is not that. But it is wonderful with a hugely enjoyable manager who will do anything for you, great stafff, excellent location just a short drive from the nightlife of Naoussa and anything else that you want. It is a much more authentic Island experience that you will love unless you enjoy ultra hig-end touches that provide little value. We loved it.

We stepped at Naoussa in the middle of May 2021, sky was blue, not too hot, sea quiet with gorgeous
iridescent reflections and people were enjoying on terrace with some coffee or freddo espresso. Already, we were under the spell of Paros. Moreover, once we got to our Hotel Naoussa Hills Boutique Resort, we felt a pleasant peacefull sensation provoked by this place, between the smells of rosemary and flowers, enchanted by the birdsong, that gave to the Hotel a lovely and bucolic calm.
We were warmly welcomed by Nestor and his crew, and all our journey at Naoussa was just exquiste and relaxing. We could count on the crew for pieces of advice to benefit from many activities around Paros (hiking, walking, windsurfing, restaurants, unusual places…). We loved so much this place that we cancelled our boat to Sifnos, to prolong our journey on Paros at the Naoussa Hills Boutique Resort.
Bonus : the breakfast is absolutely delicious !

We strongly recommend you to book nights at this Hotel if your plans are to relax and chill !

Thanks a lot to all the crew for having made of our journey to Paros, our best holidays

The pictures on line of the hotel look great. However it's not all as it seems. First the positives. Aris the owner is great and cannot do enough for you. The views are lovely as you are in the hills looking over the town of Naoussa. Breakfast choice is good. Wi-fi is okay. The location is about 1.8 miles out of town and so you need a car or use a taxi - taxi into town is 15 Euros. The rooms are clean and air con is good. The downsides. The hotel requires some upkeep. The grounds are poorly maintained, the pool is not 100% clean due to the wind and dust blowing up the hill. We had a few issues with electric not working so no air con, Wi-Fi etc. Aris the owner was apologetic and will do anything for you for this is not a 5 star hotel.

When we booked this hotel, the website showed it to be ideal, clean, lots of facilities, just what we wanted. Oh dear, what a dreadful shock we got on arrival.

The 24 hour reception was ramshackled and the poolman was the only employee on duty.

He took us to our deluxe room, via the sludge, green filthy pool. The deluxe room was absolutely filthy bedding full of dreadful stains, bathroom stinking.

We said we were not taking the room. He showed us 2 others, both equally as disgusting.

The breakfast room looked liked it hadn't been used for months.

We left and found the most amazing hotel in Naoussa. Two other couples did likewise.

The place needs closing. I have had to award one star to submit the review. One star is too good. I could list lots of other failings but I hope you get the picture.

as a repeater guest and student of business administration , this is an example #how to destroy a successful business #. we choose this hotel because of the quality used to offer, the excellent organization, the amazing and friendly service, instead of that we shocked as nothing was the same anymore. a bad feeling in the atmosphere from the beginning, a resort looked abandoned,,a pool with no water ,dirty rooms some guests found even hair and pieces of bread on their beds. we never had cleaning service ,breakfast with no quality at all ,this hotel lucks of inspiration and feeling. actually we paid double amount of money in comparison with all the other hotels in naoussa...for what????still feel very angry ,I could not open and close the shutters they are broken, no lighting during the night that was very dangerous as you could fell I to the empty pool...nightmare

This resort offers a charming escape with stunning bay views. The rooms are tastefully decorated, boasting modern amenities like flat-screen TVs and minibars. The buffet breakfast is a delightful start to the day, and the snack bar serves refreshing drinks. With a heated outdoor pool and barbecue facilities, it's a perfect retreat in Naoussa. Highly recommended!

Called on the phone to book a room. Was told if I paid cash I would get a better rate so I agreed. Once I got there I paid cash for the rooms. Never received a receipt or anything that showed that I had paid for the rooms. On the first day we spent €375 at the bar. Manager told me he'd prefer I'd pay cash as the credit card fees to the business are incredibly high. I went ahead and paid cash and tipped the bartender. Again, no receipt was given to show I paid the tab. On the day of checkout the manager comes to me saying I still have an open bar tab for the €375. The bartender Haris claimed that I had pulled out the cash and tipped him but left the tab open. After going back and fourth a few times they ended up charging my credit card. After speaking with the owner of resort was told I would be receiving a refund as this isn't the first time this has happened with this bartender. I have yet to be refunded the money. Be very careful booking this place. Pay with you credit card no matter how much they pressure you to pay cash!

The hotel is a whitewashed modern property with sophisticated high- end amenities and services. What differs from a larger establishment is that at Naoussa Hills you can always feel the personal attention of management and staff. Many thanks to Nestoras the hotel's manager: He is always present and ready to accommodate any request or wish, and he goes the extra mile to ensure that guests have a great relaxing vacation. I have already booked a week for next summer. See you again soon Nestoras and Naoussa Hills team!
