Staying here was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Greece!
Our host Giorgios and his wife Marianna made our stay feel like home away from home. We booked last minute the night before and we had a beautiful room waiting for us the next morning which is always a relief when you’re traveling. Giorgios met us on arrival and showed us to our room, the basement hall was filled with pictures of guests who stayed and some family photos as well as any information we needed during our stay - local taxis, tours etc.
The rooms were perfect - clean and bright! Two pillows each, tea and coffee, a kettle, a cold bottle of water in the fridge, lovely clean towels, shower gels and soaps all in the room as well as a clothes horse to dry our swimwear and towels. We had the best sleep in Kontaratos because it was so comfortable and quiet outside.
The hotel itself is beautiful, covered in grape vines and geraniums as well as some of their own potted plants which was beautiful to look at when we had our morning coffee sitting outside our room at our own personal table and chairs over looking the mountains.
The hotel itself is situated about 3/4 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes walking from the port.
I cannot recommend this place enough, there is absolutely no doubt when I return to Paros I will stay here! Giorgios waved us off when we left and if I could, I would never have left! Look no further for places to stay in Parikia - there’s no doubt this is the best host and rooms in Paros!

Perfect accomodation in a great location with the most funny and attentive host - Giorgios! My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and it felt like home. The villa is spotless and so well maintained. The rooms and very clean and have everything you need, including aircon! The location itself is perfect - 5 mins walk to a beach, a scooter rental and restaurants. It’s on the quiet side of town too, which means you can actually sleep without hearing the late night parties! 15 mins walk from the ferry. Giorgios was so accomodating. He works hard to make sure we have a great time, is very generous and made us laugh many many times! Big thank you for taking us into your home Giorgios! We will be back!

We stayed here for our ten day vacation in Paros island. The owner is an amazing person who took care of us perfectly during our stay here. He is a very nice person with which we had nice talks with every time we saw him!🤩 Rooms have everything you need - showers, small fridge, TV, air conditioner, washing machine and towels. George was so welcoming and very friendly and extremely personable. We initially booked the basement apartment, but upon arrival, he offered an apartment that usually sleeps 9 people. The apartment is extremely clean and very well maintained. We only spent one night. The premises as well are beautiful and well maintained. My wife and I stayed in Paros for 4 nights at the 3rd floor Kontaratos apartment. You have a spectacular view of the mountain/hillside. You get the entire patio / seating area to yourself as you are the only apartment on the 3rd floor. The location is fantastic, only a couple minute walk to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, about a 15 minute walk to the port walk where you get on and off the ferry. There is a small bakery / convenience store less than 10 minute walk for your morning coffee. George met us at the apartment later in the evening for a late check-in and was very pleasant and accommodating. He went through the typical house rules and walked us through the different features of the apartment. All of the amenities listed on the booking were present and functional. This is a great apartment for a couple or maybe a family of 3 as there are 2 single beds pushed together. We had an amazing time on Paros and would definately call George and Kontaratos Studios & Apartments if we come back to Paros in the future.

We had an excellent five night stay at the Kontaratos Studios. George met us at check in and was very nice and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable and made sure that we were satisfied with our room. Everything at Kontaratos was very clean and recently updated with new furniture, appliances and art work. Our room was very spacious and included a kitchenette which was perfect for making coffee and breakfast. There was plenty of hot water and our room came with a washer which was great for cleaning up beach clothes. The studios are easy walking distance to town and beaches. We would definitely stay here again! George and his wife Marianna went out of there way to make our stay the best it could be!

Giorgos is a warm and friendly man! His hotel and apartments are clean and quiet. It was perfect for our family of four (mom, dad, two teens). He and his wife run the hotel/apartments themselves, and worked tirelessly to maintain the property on a daily basis. It was very convenient to have a washing machine in the room, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and markets. Giorgios also gave us helpful information about restaurants, beaches and sites to visit on Paros. Giorgos is from Paros, and has a unique knowledge and understanding of this wonderful place! We highly recommend this lovely hotel/apartment! Please take time to get to know Giorgos. He will treat you like family! Also… we recommend renting a car in Paros.

A perfect setting for our stay in Parikia. We booked the studio for 2 with a large balcony and magnificent views. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was immaculate, modern with a beautiful garden like setting. Excellent location and only a 15 minute walk from the port, beach and main square. George our host/owner was very friendly and accommodating and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His parting gift was a thoughtful gesture and made our last day extra special . Thank you George and Marianna for making our stay a perfect, fun and memorable one. Very highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay here during my visit to Paros. The apartments are tucked back, about an 8 minute walk from the beach, which keeps things quiet and serine. With that being said, it was a quick walk to the old town, port, and bus station making everything easily accessible.
George and Marianna were great hosts, very attentive and gracious making sure I had anything and everything I needed during my stay.
