Margarita is full of character and so are it's owners. Their care and attention to detail is exceptional and we instantly felt like home. The location is quiet and super convenient; short walk to town and port. Our room was clean, comfortable and overall great value for money. It's been refreshing to stay at a place that is so unique, well looked after and run by such friendly and helpfull hosts. We can't wait to be back. Thank you S&K!

We have thoroughly enjoyed a few wonderful days at Viva Margarita where the excellent service began well before we arrived, with Konstantinos messaging about our arrival and pick up etc. Sure enough he was waiting for us at the bus stop with his lovely warm smile, ready to whisk us to his and Santa’s creative and most ‘colourful’ hotel, with helpful hints along the short journey for our stay. We were then offered delicious coffee on the roof terrace where he advised us on things to do/best beaches and where to eat both in Parikia and around the island. All of his recommendations were spot on. The highlight of this simple hotel is the amazing roof terrace where all guests are offered great coffee/tea and cake each morning. The vibe there is superb and particularly suits solo travellers as everyone is welcomed and can enjoy sharing their stories of life/trqvel adventures. We met some fabulous people there, including our hosts, and it made our stay in Parikia absolutely perfect.

My girfriend and I visited Paros for 2 nights and stayed in this hotel.

We happened to be the first guests of the new season! We were greeted by one of the owners, who gave us some quick directions about the island and a few minutes later we were already in our room. The hotel in general and the room in particular are family-like, with happy vibes and bright colours all around. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet, so our sleep was satisfactory. Just don't expect luxuries.

We would visit again. Recommended!

Obsessed with this place. By far one of the most enjoyable stays of my trip. You can tell the owners put love and joy into the hotel. The decorations and atmosphere is adorable. Loved the coffee and cake in the morning! The host was one of the sweetest men I have ever met!

Most important attribute, it's clean. And smells lovely. Some kind of aroma diffuser.

Easy to find. Great location. Right next to a free carpark so if you drive, you don't have to walk too far. Minimart and supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Hosts are extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. They know Paros well and have quite good recommendations.

Room is cool inside even when it's scorching outside. Room is simply furnished but has an awesome, private balcony. Good for morning coffee, some reading in the afternoon, a drink at night. A tip. Bring the stool out from the bedroom for an instance footstool. And your lazy day's just begun.

Breakfast on the roof terrace is good. A lot of food. It is 6 euros per person. But we are used to just coffee and toast so we just had coffee on the balcony. Would have loved a croissant with that but most of the bakeries only do sweet items. If you are doing your own coffee, do ask Santa for an electric kettle and mugs.

Facilities in the room include a fridge, small TV, and the bathroom amenities include bar soap and hair/body shampoo all in one. There is a clothes rack in the balcony to hang up your handwashed items. Very useful. They've thought of everything.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Food, beaches, sightseeing.

As I said, good location. Couldn't ask for a better one. Yet, the hotel is an average one.
Yes, the owner is super nice and friendly, but on the other hand they did not change the sheets or the towels in our 5 nights stay...
And the rooms are not noise proof enough, which means that until 1:00 in the morning you could not go to sleep as the doors from the entrance or the other rooms were slamming, as people were coming back into the hotel.
Otherwise - great WI-fi, great air conditioning, decent price.

Lovely hosts and very! clean little rooms. The hotel has a nice garden and rooftop. Could be nearer to the beach/centre but it's not far either. We payed very little for a great stay! We've been to Paros often and it's one of the best hotels in which we stayed.

You probably wonder why I wrote that title, easy, it's the theme of the hotel and it couldn't be more accurate. Completely loved the facilites, but its main value is its hosts Santa & Constantinos. Beautiful people that will make your stay UNIQUE!

Situated close to port. The host was polite, room was clean and included towels. Bed was made and towels replaced day 2.
The walk can be confusing if you have never visited the island. Asking others didn't make things easier. I suggest to determine where to go upon arrival. GPS walk on Google maps was confused among 3 phones with 3 different providers.
Enjoy!

if you give the room behind the reception desk, you will hear the comings and goings of people, furniture arranged and old, the bathroom is to be restored, and maybe you will find a cockroach on the bed. overall the hotel is convenient because near the center and the port, has a terrace and the owner is friendly and has far too shrewd ...

you can not pay with a credit card. the price is reasonable for the structure.

I answered my own question for anyone who is interested... when you arrive at the airport, the is a bus waiting. I think it only comes when the is a flight. so don't miss it. the bus costed us 2 euros. it went first to pounta, then alyki, then doubled up to get to parikia.
