Fabulous location, 2 mins from beautiful sandy beach. Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. Basic Greek which is what I wanted. Owners Greek Dennis and English wife Jenny, very helpful and friendly and even pick you up from the Port or Airport. Plenty of tavernas close by with fresh food. Town is just a 15 minute stroll away. Can’t wait to go back.

We have stayed with Denis and Jenny on many occasions on the beautiful Island of Paros. A friendly, warm welcome awaits from Denis and Jenny together with the great atmosphere at their apartments situated at Livadia in Parikia. just short walk to the beach. There are many tavernas within a 5 - 15 minute walk to suit all tastes. We find it so relaxing in the knowledge that should we encounter any problems, our hosts are only to willing to help. The apartments are clean, tidy and have all the amenities we desire.

Ignore the Air BnB killing the island, and stay at this long run family owned set of apartments in Parikia, close to the Yacht Club. The rooms have everything you need in a self catering apartment, but also have the friendly on site support if needed. In the grounds are plenty of seating areas as well as a traditional BBQ if you want to enjoy alfresco Thanks Denis & Jenny, we'll see you soon xx

This year we returned to Paros and Denis apartments. It felt like coming home. If you want the real Greece with fantastic hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble then you need to stay here. A touch of Mamma Mia charm, immaculately clean rooms and comfortable beds. A short walk to the beach or into town. We definitely will not be leaving it so long to return again.

I have returned to Denis Apartments for the second time this year. I come every year and this is year 20. Paros is the most beautiful island and if you want traditional Greek accommodation ,Denis Apartments won't disappoint you. Greek Denis and his English wife Jenny make you feel very welcome. The rooms are a good size with en suite, kitchenette and small balcony. There's a great BBQ area too in the gardens and a shady pergola area if you just want to chill and read a book. The beach is literally a few minutes walk away where you'll find a Sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas. There are lovely tavernas on the beach a sailing club too. The town is a 20 minute walk away with tavernas on the way. Paros is a secret jewel, once you've been there you will be drawn back and Denis and Jenny will be there to welcome you.…

We have stayed numerous times at Dennis Apartments. Dennis and Jenny are so welcoming and friendly, always willing to assist in the unlikely event of any problems arising. The apartments are in a beautiful setting, rooms cleaned daily, comfortable beds, air conditioning, shower and all the facilities to suit our needs.. Just a few moments walk to the nearest beach and tavern. The town of Parikia is some distance by foot, but there is a free bus service that runs from Monday to Friday starts and end at the port in the town with a number of stops en route (look for green signs denoting the stops). There are numerous Tavernas within a reasonable walking distance and a reputable car hire company (Athina) which I recommend close by..To summarise,, Dennis Apartments has everything we need for a relaxing holiday, together with the kindness shown by Dennis and Jenny this feels like our second home.…

My bessie mate convinced me to spend a week with her in Paros and booked into Denis Apartment. After a long journey, 2 flights, 1 bus ride and 1 ferry trip we arrived exhausted but met by Jenny & Denis who own and run the apartments. A quick 5 minute drive and we were unpacked and changed and hit the beach. The apartment was well maintained and cleaned daily. Fresh towels and bedding provided and we only stayed 5 nights. A small kitchenette with sufficient cutlery and crockery, kettle, 2 ring hob and fridge if I wanted to eat in but with bars and so many restaurants within walking distance why would I? The apartments are set just away by 100m from the beach in Parakia - a quieter part of the island. Highly recommended - perfect paradise for chilling

Such a lovely place to stay in Paros. I highly recommend here. Perfect place for time to chill and have access to local beach in a few minutes walk, local town, shops and port also within walking distance. Denis and Jenny are lovely and welcoming to all their guests. Can't wait to return.

I have been to Paros before and found Denis Apartments through recommendations. I have stayed before with family and had a wonderful time and I had no hesitation in booking 7 school friends to stay at Denis Apartments for our reunion. The owners Denis and his English wife Jenny make you feel at home straight away. The rooms are typically Greek, blue and white with self catering facilities if you wish, there's a fabulous barbecue in the garden where we cooked a couple of times. Jenny and Denis joined us and it was great fun. The beach is 3 minutes away with tavernas and restaurants right on the beach. The town is 15 minutes walk away where you'll find lots of shops selling souvenirs and a range of good quality hand made jewellery, clothes, bags and everything you would want from a cosmopolitan little town. There are lovely walks, a good bus service if you want to go further afield and you can get a small boat to Anti Paros with its picturesque harbour and fish restaurants. We are already planning a return trip to Denis Apartments next year. Don't hesitate, get booking 😍…

A great place to stay whilst in Paros. Close to the beach (walking distance), shops and restaurants. Dennis and Jenny definately know how to look after there guests :-). The apartment was clean (cleaned daily), air conditioned and contained a small kitchen.. free wifi was available. Would stay here again. :-)
