Me and my family came for three days. At the very beginning, in the reception - we met the lovely Anka, which helped us with everything, from car rental to favorite restaurants to celebrate my parents' birthday. We also met Dimitri, the handyman, and Anastasja, which was in the reception as well. All of them (and the rest of the staff, without exceptions) were kind and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our stay in SunsetView Hotel and most certainly will come back. The hotel is close to the port and to the center of Parikia, but on a hill, so there is an ascent that should be done by car. P.S. the Sunset View is truly astonishing, very recommended.

From a Rocky trip coming from Paris we were received with open arms! The hospitality, the warm smiles, always willing to help. The place is a very cozy boutique style hotel, attention to detail. Our room had perfect view to the ocean and the strip, French door lead to our little patio, bed very comfortable, bath room small but very clean and with a modern feel. Down stairs breakfast every morning, fresh fruit, yogurts, honeys, eggs, meats, breads, juices. For dinner a full menu with hamburgers (really good), steak, pastas. Then a full bar for a nice drink in the afternoon. They also offer a laundry service so you don’t need to over pack. Everyone super friendly! The place is a nice little work out walking down hill and then up…but no worries because they also help out in getting you a rental for the day (usually $40/$50 a day). All in all we had a great experience, the hotel, the friendly people, the good food, and the location, can’t wait to go back!

Room Tip: Place is a hidden gem and on a hillside so not ideal for people with problem walking.

I stayed here with my 2 daughters for 3 nights. I then returned with my husband for one night. The hotel is fabulous with a great view and the most comfortable beds. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Anastasia on reception gave us great recommendations for restaurants, bars and places to visit on the island. We followed all her recommendations and had a wonderful time. We had to leave very early on the last day before breakfast commenced but we were invited to have cereal and fruits and coffee which were out early and the cook made us hot toasted ham and cheese toasties to take away with us. We recommend this hotel and hope to return again. soon.

Important to note this hotel has great views especially for the sunset, it is a decent location not far from the main town which is handy and the young girl that works behind the bar was lovely however these benefits do not outweigh the negatives we encountered. First and foremost there were Ants all over the room including all over the bed both on top and under mattress - had to go to bed head to toe in clothes with trousers tucked into socks as I was so uncomfortable - i did not want to risk them coming in and fumigating the room with spray as I am pregnant so had to put up with a terrible sleep for 2 nights. Secondly, the man that worked there carried our luggage up stairs to our room by the metal pulley handle and snapped the whole thing off the bag - no apology just handed us the snapped handle and the hotel offered us no compensation or solution until after we posted a review on booking.com after we left the hotel. At that point, they phoned us and offered a replacement bag to be sent out to us in return for our review to be taken down from booking.com. I refused and said I would not want anyone else to go through what we had during the stay so would not be taking the review down - we are yet to receive a replacement bag! Thirdly, when we arrived the swimming pool was covered in bugs to the point we couldn’t even get in as There wasn’t a part that didn’t have floating bugs for us to get in. Lastly, after posting our review on booking.com in addition to the bribery they posed offering a new bag to remove our review - they have now responded to our review accusing us of doing a revenge post and in essence making it all up. I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service we have received both during our stay and following our stay and wanted to make people aware for booking a stay at this hotel.

This place is beautiful!! The rooms, the views, the pool, the flowers, the staff! Everything was just perfect. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great place to stay! The walk into town is not far but it is a busy road and uphill on the way back. If you want to be right in the center then this might not be for you. But the buses are pretty convenient. And the facilities make up for the walk!! It’s just so beautiful and relaxing!

There are just so many reasons as to why this hotel is incredible - first of all, we were delayed a day due to Ferry cancellations (high winds!) and when we eventually arrived, they immediately contacted Booking.com (as this is who we booked under) to fight for a refund for us on the first night. We didn't expect to get anything back as it was just bad luck with the weather - however they managed to get a full refund sorted - amazing service! The hotel location was perfect, a nice short walk (around 10mins) down to the town/beaches which was great. We like a little walk after a meal at night so it worked well when heading back after some food. There is also a great supermarket just down the road too (5mins walk) for any bits you may need, along with a bus stop at the bottom of the hill (5mins walk, the opposite direction to the supermarket) which goes straight to Naoussa and Lefkes - something the staff pointed out as we/everyone thought you had to go down to the bus station at the port - again showing our expectations exceeded. The hotel and the rooms were so clean, showing a cleaning/housekeeping service second to none and that care about the immaculate standards of the hotel. The 'sunset view' is just as perfect as you would imagine. It just looked so surreal, I can't remember a sunset looking that mystical - instantly relaxes you as you see the sun disappear over the hills. Finally - the wonderful staff! Not to mention the brilliant service in my earlier comment, they just couldn't do enough for us during the whole stay. One night when my partner was ill (through dehydration) and we couldn't go out anywhere for tea, without us requesting it the chef made some soup and had it brought to our room when they head she wasn't well - such an incredibly kind gesture. Everyone was so nice and friendly - the women at the reception and at breakfast made my day and got it off to a great start with a beaming smile and friendly attitude! I would love to return one day! Matt

There are no words to describe our experience here. Last minute booking because our previous hotel was horrendous. We are so blessed that an angel answered my desperate phone call that afternoon! ANGELA! is amazing not only she rescued us but also made our first time in Paros unforgettable with great recommendations. Room was fantastic, sunsets are spectacular, and the girls at the bar/restaurant were superb! WE WILL BE BACK!

We visited Sunset View Hotel during our stay in Paros. The hotel is wonderful. We stayed in the Horizon Suite with a private Hot Tub which was amazingly clean and stylish. The hotel has a great pool and bar area. The food from the bar area was also great. Breakfast was good and the view of Parikia bay was beautiful. The sunsets were something else! The team who run the hotel was very kind and helpful. They arranged transfers for us, as well as a birthday meal and complimentary prosecco.

This hotel is wonderful. Clean and stylish with a great pool and bar area. Breakfast was good and the view of Parikia bay was beautiful. The sunsets were something else! It's walkable from the town and there is a bus stop on the road outside. The team who run the hotel were very kind and helpful. They arranged for our washing to be done and booked us transfers. The lunch and evening menu are very good too.

Lovely hotel, nice big spacious rooms, well kept property, lovely pool, great food, sunset views. Good location. Also there is a track a very short walk away so if you are interesting in getting a workout in/going for a run, that is a very easy way to do so. They also helped us arrange a car rental from Athina car rentals down the street which was very helpful. The staff were very kind and gave us good recommendations for restaurants.
