I already stayed here some four years ago. Also this time, I can just highly recommend Cyclades hotel. It‘s comparatively quietly located in the 2nd row to Livadia beach but close enough and in walking distance to bars and restaurants.
Rooms are spotless clean, basic but functionally and tastefully decorated. The best are the friendly owners who really take care of you. Due to Covid-19, a tasteful breakfast is prepared according to your order and needs. In total again an excellent choice - many thanks and see you next time!

Cyclades studios is just the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Parikia, Paros. Our studio had everything we needed and we loved having a relaxing breakfast on our private sunny terrace. We were only a couple of minutes away from the beach and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the main restaurants and shopping area. Panos was the perfect host, booking trips for us and taking us to the port on our last day (he would have picked us up but a friend of ours kindly did that). Would we go back, you bet!!! Absolutely charming. We were greeted and walked to our rooms by the owner. He was delightful. The rooms were tidy and clean. The outdoor patio was beautiful. The resident cat was part of the welcoming committee and snack taster. A quick 3 minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

On our arrival we were greeted by the most delightful and friendly host who made our stay a 5 star experience. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we enjoyed our stay to the full. The property is gorgeous and the family and staff maintain it to the highest standard. My room looked out onto the most beautiful courtyard. The room was well appointed, with plenty of surface and hanging space, a little kitchenette, and all kept spotlessly clean. It had the most comfortable bed I have slept in while in Greece. Thank you Panos for making our stay in Paros an absolute highlight of our Greece experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Cyclades studios when visiting Paros. The check in was quick and the room was nice and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful! Quiet area, 8 minutes to walk in to the main square. Nice and affordable place to stay.

Upon arriving in Paros, I was greeted by the warm smile of Thanos Mavris, who came to pick me up at the airport and take me to the Cyclades Studios in Parikia. The warmth of the welcome from Thanos and his family made my holiday very special and I felt so well taken care of. The studios are on a quiet street minutes from the sandy beach and a lovely walk into the town centre and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The studios are nicely equipped, spotlessly clean and the garden and terraces are pretty and relaxing. This was my first trip to the Greek Islands for more than 20 years and I was so happy to discover this little piece of Greek paradise. Parikia is a picturesque, laid back place, which has not been overrun by modern hotel chains. It is a true escape from the stress of everyday life. I would recommend the Cyclades Hotel and Studios to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and wonderful Greek family welcome.

We booked this hotel based off of the other reviews on Tripadvisor. I'm not sure what the other people reviewing this place were thinking as this place was the worst hotel of all the hotels we stayed at on the Greek islands for our 1st wedding anniversary. I usually don't write reviews, but this place was awful and I'm not one who expects alot from a 2 star hotel. No one picked us up at the port, which the hotel was suppose to do..even though when we showed up from our taxi the manager was just standing there at the reception area. He gave us no explanation as to why he didn't do the free transfer that they promoted. He then took us to our severely outdated and depressing room, not even bothering to ask my husband if he could help with our bags. The room had no phone or safe, the a/c hardly worked, the tv was an old 13in tube tv, the walls were paper thin, the shower head was busted and sprayed water everywhere, the bed was so hard that my husband's back hurt the next day, and the blankets looked like they were from the 70s and looked dirty. Not the ideal place you'd want to celebrate your anniversary or a romantic occasion. Unlike a previous reviwer stated there did not appear to be any renovations done in a very long time and the free breakfast consisted of some toast and a hard boiled egg. We ended up staying the next night at the hotel next door because it was so bad. The owner didn't even bother to ask what was wrong or why we left. His ONLY concern was why we didnt bring the key back sooner, presumably so he could resell the room even though we had already been prepaid. Then he spoke something nasty in Greek after we returned the room key. DON'T GO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER NICER OPTIONS IN THE AREA!

Dear valuable guest , Thank you for your review . We are very sorry to know that during your short stay with us we did not manage to meet your high expectations , but you did not gave us the chance to do so either by moving to another hotel with out any notice from your part . Having more than 109 excellent and positive reviews from our guests so far is our answer to your review . Kind regards Athanasios Mavris

I was happy to got a studio room at last moment after arrived Athens. Because I read that the comments are very good in TripAdvisor. However, I was so disappointed after check in. The room is completely different from what I booked from hotel official website. There is no balcony with sunbath chairs. Bed is uncomfortable and more like a single bed in student campus. Bathroom is small and water leaking after flush. Noise from upstairs like moving furnitures at mid night sometimes.

I asked the hotel owner about why the room is different from what I booked on website. He only answer that the rooms are gave it to guests who are arrived early. It's kind of unfair for pay the same price for less favourite condition room. So better to pay attention when booking this hotel in this point.

Positive side are, there is small kitchen provided for simple cooking. Patio for guests to chill out. Location is fine, near beach. Some restaurants around. About 20 mins walks to center. Most important that there is a cute cat which made my stay delightful!

We have reviewed the Cyclades Hotel and Studios previously with an excellent report.
When we read this report we thought you must have been staying at another property. The owners of the Hotel kept their dignity in their reply to you, quoting the 109+ positive reviews, however we don't need to be so polite (as they always are) . In all the times we have returned to this magnificent place we have never ever known any of the Mavris family to be any less than polite, friendly and very accommodating, we could say that you caught them on an OFF-day - but they never have one.

Last year when we visited we stayed in the apartments, the first morning we had breakfast in the Hotel which included cereal, muesli, toast, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit juice, bread, coffee and tea, does this constitute continental breakfast - YES!. The owner proudly showed us all the newly refurbished rooms which were very tastefully done all individually designed.

Suggestion stone agers - try a 4 or 5 star hotel next time, and we guarantee you will not be treated as well. Please dear readers listen to the GOOD reports and not the ONLY bad one. You will be picked up at the port if you arrange it and taken back on your return home. Bye for now, from Greek travellers, J&P.
