We were driving around in the area looking for a place to stay and found this hidden treasure. It was quirky with friendly owners who invited all guest for a real Italian dinner in the backyard, the food was fantastic and we had a memorable time. Go and check it out, it is worth it!!!!!

We stayed at the Masseria Tolla for two nights and we have been charmed by the beauty and quietness of the location. Despite a late arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owners. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The atmosphere at the Masseria is one of an old historic farm in the middle of olive trees. We have...

We spent 3 nights here with another couple. Enjoyed sitting outside at night with wine and cheese etc. rooms very comfortable and breakfast good. Pity it wasn't warm enough to breakfast on terrace. Wifi worked afternoons only it seemed but that was ok by us. Only negative was the half hour walk to town on busy road with barely a...

Very pretty place. Must have a car to get to. We didn't and it was a long walk into town. No internet. No glasses in rooms. It seemed a half hearted attempt. They offered us a taxi to the bus stop and it was 40 euros. So make sure you ask price if they offer taxi.

The Masseria Tolla is a wonderful place to stay, a beautiful old 18th century stone farmhouse set in lovely, lush grounds surrounded by fragrant plants and olive trees. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and are immaculate. Each room is filly equipped with air conditioning, TV etc. The hosts, Manuela and Giuseppe, are simply wonderful and do everything they...

So I booked 2 days with my family, planned the trip, purchased tickets and the hotel cancelled my booking just the day before even if it was confirmed. Not a phone call or a reasonable explanation. In the end I had to book a last minute hotel and end up spending more that I wanted. Avoid!

At the end of a lane, the gate opens and the Masseria is just stunning, set in a courtyard with pots of plants. Our room was lovely with all that we needed, breakfast was delicious, and we were able to sit outside both mornings to eat it. The family are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

a beautyful place with great potential. the owners are charming and now busy with even more rooms, the garden and a parking lot at a distance from the buildings. A WiFi point would complete the service. classical and clean interior and a good breakfast. we will recommend this place to our friends for family meetings! Pieter and Susanne

Masseria Tolla was the cheapest farmhouse I visited around Ostuni, but perhaps the richest in hospitality and unique character. Approaching this unusually gothic stone building we were greeted warmly by Manuela and her husband Giuseppe, a talented carpenter who had restored by hand much of the furniture in the house. Everywhere we turned we found idiosyncratic insights into the rural...
