Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Staff at reception were perfectly professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in. the restaurant was great! All in all a great place from which to explore San Giovanni!

The hotel is easy to find and near all tourist attractions. The staff was nice, they speak English very well. The room was big and nice, maybe a little bit outdated. Just like a bathroom. But everything was very clean, which is most important. The breakfast was nothing special - a typical Italian breakfast, but it was ok. We stayed here for two days and choose this hotel mostly because of the swimming pool. But later discovered that swimming caps (extra charge) are mandatory in the pool. Which was a big turn-off. Except for this, everything else was ok.

It is a good 4* Hotel in Rotondo. The Hotel lobby is massive and very beautiful. The rooms are basic for a 4* hotel. Other areas around the hotel premises are clean and tidy. Morning breakfast is good lavish spread. The shrine of San Giovanni of Rotondo is 15 minutes walk from the Hotel.

Comfortable and spacious room. What I found particular was the looming presence of the Saint. Big bronze statue in the hallway, religious trivia shop in the lobby. To summarize, pilgrim classy hotel, matching with the 2000 jubilee disordered growth of the city

We had an unpleasent incident with the reception clarck.He blocked the reservation by booking when i showed him the price offer in booking and charged us more.The price was supposed to include all taxes but when we checked out he charged the tax and even did not put it on the receipt-the owner should be carefull!!! The breakfast was very poor with cheap ingredients. The room is ok and the pool very nice and big. For 4 stars hotel the price is cheap but dont expect to much

Second time staying at the hotel. Once again thoroughly enjoyed it, really clean, fresh towels every day, sheets changed every other day. Restaurant food is superb and the staff are fantastic. Great location for us as 20 mins to the beach and 20mins to where the family live. Highly recommend

I stayed in this hotel as part of a pilgrimage trip with my parents. I was totally blown away by the comfort, professionalism and value for money this hotel offers. The rooms have everything you need and are cleaned daily. The pool is perfect and under the careful management of a kind man. The dining room is delightful. The food is exquisite (particularly the lunch and dinners) and the staff are top notch- attentive, friendly and accommodating. I really couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough!!

This Is A Beautiful Hotel. Walking Distance To Town. The Basilica Of St Padre Pio Is About A Mile Away Up On The Hill. There Are Some Restaurants Up There As Well As Many Shopping Stalls And A Few Stores. The Hotel Is on a 4 star level. Staff Are Friendly And Helpful. They Have A Vary Large Pool,Restaurant And Bar Area. Rooms Are Very Nice.

The treat was over after that. I've seen nicer rooms for people being detained. More monk or friar like than hotel like. Showers are about 2x2. Staff would prefer that you you didn't bother them. At dinner last night the AC was dripping on place next to me. After person moved we had to fight to get moved,,,even though my left arm was getting wet. Then> they moved us after getting with guide to help complain. Then they turned off AC and refused to turn it back on blaming my group for complaints about a leak. I guess we could have enjoyed a meal with a constant water drip. Lastly the bar closed early and sent us together bar. We went and it was happening, but we're met at the door and turned away as it was a private party. Of course other bar was a ghost town when we returned.…
