Everything is just right here: The rooms are large and tastefully furnished, the beds are comfortable. Everything works and is very well maintained. The pool and spa area with separate "adults only" sauna area with brine pool is extremely spacious. The ladies who conjure up the sauna showers deserve special mention, there is no other way to describe it. A real ceremony that takes place here twice a day. I enjoyed it very much. The kitchen of the house is beyond reproach, from breakfast to the midday snack to the great 4-course menu - the food is really good and beautifully presented!!! There is also a large wine list that also includes a lot of very good wines that fit more into the "inexpensive" category. But one of the most important things in a house like this is the staff and it is a real achievement, especially in this day and age, that the managing family has managed to attract a large number of extremely attentive and extremely friendly employees. Here you only meet people who greet you with a friendly smile, serve you and accompany you through the day. If you don't enjoy yourself to the fullest here, it's your own fault. We have been coming to this beautiful family-run hotel for years and are happy to be guests. First and foremost, the entire team must be highlighted. The warmth and attention to even the smallest details is what makes every vacation an absolute relaxation! The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and the entire hotel is very well maintained and you can feel the personal touch that a family-run hotel has. Let's go in order: we arrive at the hotel and as soon as we take possession of the room we immediately realize that it is not equipped with the minimum space to be lived in by two adults, a 17 year old boy and a small dog. We point out the problem at reception by asking for a different location, at the same time making ourselves available to pay any supplement. We were told that the hotel was full (no more than 10 minutes earlier we had been reassured by the same operator about a fairly calm situation in the common areas given that a few days earlier there was chaos due to the fact that the hotel was at the height of the reception). They therefore highlight to us that the room was illustrated to us at the time of the offer with the relative floor plan. All true... it's a pity that in the email it wasn't specified that the double bed was a king size and the adjacent sofa bed, once opened, would almost touch the side of the double bed (about 30 cm which made it difficult even to pass through or exit onto the balcony, whose window couldn't even open completely). Children's buffet consists of 2 holding containers with 2 dishes each - after all, you can order from the menu for children 3. Children must drink from plastic cups at dinner - 5 star hotel (?) 4. Those who appreciate a well-kept atmosphere at dinner are out of place here. At least 50% of men wear shorts, slippers (barefoot) and/or basketball shirts. We really enjoyed the week in paradise. Also our children aged just under 3 and 5 years loved it. The food was very fine, with a wide selection of wines. There are several dining rooms, so families and couples can be separated somewhat. Just down the stairs are the two playrooms, so the adults can continue eating in peace. In addition, there is a kids club that our boys loved. The carers are great!
In general, the staff should be emphasized. Very nice staff throughout the house. Top!
We were in the older part of the house but didn't complain about the room. In the underground garage it has enough space and a wide selection of rental bicycles for young and old. All three pools are heated, not huge, but it spreads well. It also has a separate toddler pool. The spa area is bright and friendly.

And even this five-star Resort in the magnificent stage of the Vinschgau Valley confirms the trend for the beauty of the location, the high-end cuisine and the numerous relaxation facilities such as heated pools and saunas. Perhaps the only observation that does not correct the final judgment much is that the areas reserved for children are a little more limited than other family Resorts in the region, with a mini club a bit problematic to reach in winter because it is housed inside a cottage detached from the main body of the hotel (you therefore have to walk a few meters outdoors to reach it). Beautiful hotel in the valley of apple trees. The spacious hotel with all it’s cosy corners is beautiful renovated and surrounded by a large garden with a swimmingpool for adults and a kidspool with slide playground and kidsclub.
The breakfast has an enormous variety from fresh fruit to fresh juice you can make yourself to show cooking of eggs and pancakes. The light all inclusive formula makes that you can enjoy a fresh pasta and salades every lunch. The dinners are high cuisine and delicious. The staff is absolutely friendly with special thanks to Tomas! He’s the best!

We were at the Hotel Paradies for the first time and we were absolutely delighted. The room is great, the staff always very, very friendly and helpful. The pool(s) are very large, so you can even swim a few laps. Children are very welcome and are always treated kindly. The spa and wellness area for adults is simply great. The sommelier Angelo deserves special mention, as he recommended several great wines to us during our stay. We could always rely on his recommendations. We would love to come back.
