We have recently returned from a three day family wedding which was so amazing largely due to the support from David, Barbara and Ruben who arranged not only the ceremony but also goats, sherry tasting and flamenco dancing. Day one consisted of a pool/paella party with white swans, day two was the actual wedding, followed by a "recovery day". The...

My wife and I first spotted La Herriza a few years ago and it was a pretty straight forward choice for our wedding this summer. We stayed for the whole week (with the wedding on the Tuesday) and most of the guests stayed for 3-4 days. Pretty much had the whole hotel to ourselves. David, Ruben, Constantijin, Barbara and Sergio...

Attended a family wedding here and it was perfect. For a 3 star hotel I can't complain.... We had a 2 bed suite in a small court yard which was prefect as other family members were in the 3 other suites. Centre of things was the pool where a lot of fun was had. Lots of sun beds and great...

Had the most wonderful, beautiful and relaxing week here. The rooms were spacious, charming and had good AC.not 5 star, but that is reflected in the price. The setting is stunning, eagles flying overhead and goat bells clanking in the distance. My daughter and my son in law had the most beautiful setting for their wedding and it was a truly unforgettable event. The...

We signed up for the Epitourean Flavours of Spain the Andalusian Way. We were supposed to spend all 6 days at this hotel but circumstances made us spend the first 3 nights at another hotel. David our host made our vacation memorable and his hotel is great. Our rooms were really a 2 storey townhouse with all the amenities including...

We stayed for just one night. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which is wonderful, if you want a tranquil, quiet time. The setting is beautiful, really lovely.. the pool area and gardens are clean and very comfortable. We had a one bedroom villa, which is basically a large lounge downstairs, with a bathroom and bathroom upstairs. The...

Rooms are spacious but very dated. Rooms have a musty smell, as if they are kept shut up and unused for long periods. Bed is extremely hard and lop sided. Only a Noisy old air con unit in the bedroom. Breakfast is orange juice, coffee, toast and pastries. They seem to spend more time and effort on the grounds, rather...

The chance to dial things back in this incredible setting - waking up each morning to song birds and going to sleep each night with fond memories of the day's activities and tours. The cooking classes and amazing tours showcased the beauty of the region. And were absolutely delightful. If you are looking to get away from it all this...
