I stayed at The Bridge Hotel for 3 nights in Nov 16. The hotel looks as though it had been recently decorated. The rooms were very pleasant and clean. The pillows weren't great and probably could do with replacing them. At home I've got a really good bed and often find I don't get a great night's sleep when staying...

This was a one night family stopover whilst my wife and daughter worked nearby. From the off, we messed around with booking dates due to work messing us around - we made changes the day before we were due to check in, booking.com stated that we could be charged a £95 cancellation fee, the hotel made the changes with no...

I had a two night stay here as part of a work trip and it was nice. Set on the side of the river, the restaurant has a great view. The service was very friendly and the room was good. Very reasonable pricing

Enjoyed a lovely stay at The Bridge Hotel, we were there for my wife's work teams Xmas celebration. Dinner was excellent and breakfast which was part of the package was all you can eat, most welcome after the previous nights excesses. Slightly early end to the evening due to a power failure but that was a grid problem and not...

Thank you for making a very difficult day end perfectly, all of our family were so happy to share memories of my mother in such a lovely venue with great food served by kind considerate and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect from the moment we walked in till the moment we left.

The husband and I booked this hotel last minute at a very cheap price for 2 nights. I had seen negative reviews about cleanliness and the staff which made me a bit weary. In actual fact I had the opposite, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff as well as a very clean hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and definitely worth paying...

Visiting our daughter who lives in Weybridge so a great location for us. Great hotel. Good room on 3rd floor facing the river. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money. We'll be back with the family for a springtime break.

I'm all for a basic, clean and good value hotel but this isn't one of them. Seriously hard work throughout, staff didn't seem to know what they were up to. Positives: - Decent sized rooms overlooking the river - Breakfast was hearty and the staff at breakfast very helpful Negatives: - Booking - never had so much trouble booking a...

Dear Clart208 Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments following your recent stay. Unfortunately the inference that our customer service is poor as a result of your experience is misleading as the 'hard work' you encountered is solely due to the numerous and baffling changes you made to you booking which as a result makes understanding your...
