          Hi, I got a response from Cairnmuir today, but I'd still be interested in hearing from anyone who stayed there, particularly if you visited the winery opposite as we plan to do.

          As we are new to Tripadvisor, you may not necessarily get a response from someone who has stayed in our camp, can you tell me exactly what information you would like to know??
          Hi we would like to stay for one night at Cairnmuir in January next. I have sent two emails enquiring about availability but have not received any reply. anyone used this campsite, and if so, could we arrive on spec and hope they can accommodate us?

          The winery you are referring to is Akarua, they have a tasting room where you can sample their delicious wines, as do Carrick , which also offers lunchtime dining. Within walking distance there are 4 wineries for wine lovers... More
