Just got back from an amazing ski holiday.I have been to the hotel before about 10 years ago and it is still as good. You definitely won’t need any jumpers in the hotel as it is really warm.I went to dinner in my slippers every night it is really relaxed and homely.
The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Spa was to die for after a hard day skiing .I would highly recommend hiring a locker at the ski lifts (45 Euros for 2 boots and skis for 6 days).
This saves the hassle everyday carrying your equipment and boots up on the bus.It definitely was worth it.
The town is lovely and quiet. We partially enjoyed walking up to bar in the town, which was a traditional Austrian large Chalet. Not big but cosy and lively with music.
You might have read about the free toboggans at the hotel!!! Be warned !!
Watch the YouTube video first... The cost is 6 euros to go up on cable car round the back of the hotel. We went up in the Friday afternoon. When we got to the top the Neuslift run was closed. So we went down the other one.It was extremely dangerous and very icy.Nobody told us about this and I definitely would approach with caution. You are literally on a 8km windy road with a massive drop at the side of you.I would imagine if it had snowed more it wouldn’t have been as dangerous. At the bottom you are a 15 minute walk from the hotel with a massive wooden sledge, which is very heavy. Definitely check this out before attempting it.I am not sure if ski boots would have been better to stop you in ice,but then to walk back to the hotel in them would be a nightmare with the sledge.I definitely wouldn’t take children on it at all. I personally didn’t think it was safe .
Overall Neustift is a traditional Austrian village and will prove you with a wonderful holiday.

This hotel came highly recommended to us by a friend, and it certainly lived up to the hype! Beautiful location and very comfortable rooms which were kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the owners, Sandra and Georg, were incredibly welcoming and helpful in advising on activities in the area. The food was superb - a plentiful and varied buffet breakfast, fabulous afternoon tea and then an incredible 5-course menu in the evening. Not sure how I managed to fit into my trousers by the end of the week! The spa and pool were fabulous - we used the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and rest area at the end of each afternoon and they were never overcrowded. It was an incredibly relaxing end to each day. We also rented the electric bike for one day at Georg's suggestion and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location is so convenient with the buses and Elferlift right outside the door and using the Stubai card made enjoying all the sights of the valley very easy. I definitely want to return as there is so much to do and it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in at such excellent value for money.

Very nice and clean hotel with great spa area.
Personel is kind and helpful.
Location of hotel is good, near store and skibus stop.
Breakfast is tasty with plenty of variety, same applies to dinner.
Wifi is free and powerful enough to send emails, read news and watch low quality video without any buffering.
Hotels own ski rental is convenient with up to date equipment.
We shall definitely visit again!

This was a small, very friendly family run hotel. ALL the staff were so attentive and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was always clean, with good facilities. The view from the south facing balcony was superb. The food was varied, well presented, and the desserts were especially tasteful. The hotel was within 10 mins walking of the Elfer lift. The bus stops were even closer with a very regular service. The hotel provided a Stubai Guest Card which gave us free access to all buses, the Innsbruck Tram, and the valley lifts. We would definitely return again.

One of our best stays in Austria yet . The Tirolerhof has the feel of a small family run Alpine hotel but with so much more to offer. Every member of staff we interacted with during our week long stay was superb and there is real care and attention to guests here . The evening meals were traditional , plentiful and varied . The Pool and Spa were an added bonus - which we ended up using every day ! The location for us was also ideal - just a short walk from the town and right in front of the Elferbahn. Bus stops providing access to the whole valley are just a very short walk away . We requested a mountain view room and received an amazing view from the Balcony. We will not hesitate to return for another warm welcome and a relaxing stay .

This traditional and beautiful hotel was a pleasure to be in from the start to the finish or our trip. The staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean and nice to be in. The food was great and the option to eat out was a nice surprise as there was a refund given of 15 euros per person. The boot room was good, the bar was lovely and I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone. The buses up to the glacier were regular and at least twice the driver waited for us to get to the bus stop.

What an amazing hotel - friendly staff, superb food and spacious rooms. We had full use of the swimming pool as we were blessed with very warm and sunny weather. We particularly looked forward to the delicious afternoon tea that was served every afternoon. The Stubai Valley Pass, enabling free travel on buses and free access to the mountain lifts throughout the Stubai Valley, is a brilliantly thought out idea.

I knew my holiday to Austria would not disappoint and I have to say this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for 7 nights from the 24th June 2023, with Inghams Holidays.
Had a 2nd floor, south facing room with balcony, which had fantastic views up to the glacier.
Room was spacious and comfortable and serviced each day.
Can't say enough about the staff who, led by Jorge, were so friendly and attentive and willing to assist.
The bar and dining area are great, leading to a lovely poolside terrace where you can dine or just take advantage of the daily free cakes.
The hotel is perfectly situated for the many local walks and the main bus route.
I have to say, that by the time of departure, I felt like one of the family who care for this excellent hotel.

We travelled here for a family holiday at New Year. Simply cannot recommend this wonderful hotel enough , immaculately clean, lovely helpful staff and the most amazing food, best vegetarian food I’ve had in a hotel. The family also run a ski hire within the hotel and this was included in our package with good quality equipment available. The spa area was a huge bonus after a day skiing.👍👍👍

Do you have gluten free food? I have Celiac disease.
Answer from Lynselli
Amersham, United Kingdom7 contributions2 helpful votes
My husband also has coeliac disease so I am well aware of the condition, although he wasn’t at the hotel with us. However, I noticed on the menu that there is a very comprehensive key listing allergens. My brother and nephew have a nut allergy and encountered no issues, but the hotel tended to err on the side of safety. They were always ready to help and would check with the kitchen whenever requested.

sorry - don't know.
Answer from TirolerhofNeustift
In Neustift, the nearest ski resort is the Elferbahn, which is a small ski area and suitable for experienced skiers (about 100 meters from our Hotel). The largest ski area is the Stubaier Gletscherbahn which is about 12 km from Neustift and easily reached by ski bus or car. The second largest ski area in the Stubaital is the Schlick 2000 which is about 5 km from Neustift and the Serlesbahn is a nice family ski area which is about 7 km from Neustift. All ski areas are easily accessible by ski bus or car. (Ski bus stop is located about 70 to 100 meters from our hotel). best regards Alpenhotel Tirolerhof in Neustift
