Stayed here as part of a walking holiday with friends. Lovely area, stunning scenery and amazing weather too. Booking made through Inghams so we flew to Innsbruck and had short transfer to hotel. All rooms had balconies, even the singles, though mine was rather dark but otherwise fine. We had half board and part of our package included a packed...

Our go-to hotel in Mayrhofen was booked so we scouted around for another destination. So happy we landed on Neustifft and even happier to have found the fernau. We had one of the larger rooms described as a triple for me, my wife and our 16 year old. The room was large, well designed with plenty of storage and sitting...

This was not the hotel we had booked, but after a misunderstanding, this is where we ended up! It was a bad start to the holiday, but I am so glad we ended up at the Fernau. It had a very welcoming and cosy feel as soon as you walked through the door. The staff were very friendly and nothing...

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. The hotel is run by a family and you can feel the family environment. Everybody is very helpful and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious and we couldn't wait for the next meal. Especially after the whole day on the slopes. Before dinner we enjoyed the spa area with sauna and...

Classic Alp-hotel. Spacious room, comfy beds and nice balcony. Great playground with lots of toys for the kids. Food in restaurant is of good to great quality. Got a free pass to get on the cablecars in the area, great deal. Took good care of our needs with the baby.

Stayed here in August and had a great holiday. It was not our first choice(due to our late booking) but should have been! Large room with corner balcony, spacious and kept very clean. Food was varied and always well cooked. Weekly barbecue evening had scrumptious offerings. Staff were more than efficient and so cheery and friendly - nothing was too...

We stayed here for a week in August and had a very enjoyable time. The hotel is very traditional in its style and has a very welcoming feel. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food here is fantastic and we really looked forward to the evening meals. The meals are generally 4 courses except for...

We felt relaxed and liked this hotel the moment we stepped through the door into the pretty reception area and received a warm welcome. Although our room was small it was spotlessly clean and there was enough space to store our belongings for a two week stay. Our balcony overlooked the well tended garden and terrace and the Glacier at...
