The recent extension blends seemlessly with the original and you now have an even better hotel than ever. Marvellous food, fantastic staff and a great location. The spa and pool area just add icing to an already great cake. What more can I say?

A lovely hotel, highly recommended. Although late in the summer season, we had a comfortable week here. The room was excellent - spacious and with everything you need, including a bath, seating area and a fridge. Beautiful views from the balcony and windows. The balcony still had flowers in window boxes, a must if I'm staying in the Alps! The...

Stayed at similar hotels in Austria before for family holidays. This one is similar but is probably just out in front overall. It is in a great location for all of the activities and attractions of the valley. Very clean and the family room we had is as good as it gets. Well laid out and loads of room for...

We travelled here with Inghams and chose this hotel for its quiet location, having already stayed in Neustift the year before. With the Stubai card, you can catch a bus from just up the road either up to the glacier, to Neustift or into Innsbruck; but most people staying at the hotel were nationalities who had driven here and for...

A long weekend skiing in March 2015. The hotel is in a good quiet location. The hotel arranged for a private pick up from Innsbruck airport and a regular shuttle to the Stubai Glacier - this was all very welcome. The hotel was very clean, even though a little dated, by modern contemporary standards, although given the quality of the...

We loved our stay here, the food was excellent and the strudel in the afternoon so delicious that we enjoyed it every single day after our skiing trips at Gletscher and Schlick. The Spa was breathtaking - beautiful designed panorama-spa, luckily for adults only. Unfortunately there are only two vapor baths downstairs next to the kids' baths, however it was...

This place was beyond what I expected, and I have very high expectations! We arrived early, and our room was ready. We rented out a larger room since we were a party of 5 and this room was probably large enough for 7-8 people. It had 2 sofa beds, one large king bed and 2 single beds. It also had...

Good and clean room - with a balcony facing the garden (some facing main street). Hotel is designed to cater for children: play ground, kids club and children buffet at dinner - all in all very good. The dinner course is great, whereas breakfast is ok and the afternoon tea can be skipped (serving same food for 5 days). Staff...

The rooms are huge & really clean. The only drawback is the lack of a/c. Due to the areas weather they don't have a/c so you have to open the balcony. It's not a big deal because it's always pretty cold. The saunas are a must try! Buffet breakfast was also very good.
