Everyone and everything was superb, I will definitely return. Clean classy premises, wonderful and abundant menu choices, great value for money, family friendly. + Very service oriented staff, clean and spacious appartement, great buffet in morning and at night and nice afternoon snack - 5-course dinner not really suited for kids, quite far (+/- 20 minutes) from the gletscher

We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone (and likely to come back) because: - it’s facilities are spotlessly clean, comfortable and high quality. We loved the room and slept very well! - hospitality and care from the personnel and owners (who are always around) - delicious, plentiful and high quality food and drinks and unlimited ice cream for the kids in the evening! - lots of hotel for your money, engaging weekly program - always something to do if not in the mountains; we absolutely loved the massages and herb farm workshops! - swimming pool outside was a game changer, kids absolutely loved the fresh air swimming experience - lots of things very well thought through for the convenience of the guests - eg compact zoning of families with small kids close to the food station, reminders and advance communication from the team, and so on - lots of returning guests (some track many years if visits), and people are generally very friendly Many thanks to the team for working so hard to make this a flawless experience!…

We visited Forster´s for the third time and are now looking forward to our next visit in February. Each stay has been an absolute pleasure. The rooms are nice - the view spectacular- the service exceptional and friendly. And finally the food is great. We enjoy the heated outside pool so much . The spa treatments have also been really great everything from the massage to the facials. Looking soooo much forward to our next stay.

This hotel is the best I've ever been in Europe definitely for many many reasons!!!! After a year of hard work my husband and I decided to get away from Zürich in order to close 2022 full relaxed. We couldnt choose better! Check in: We really felt welcome from the beggining, welcome drinks were just the start of an excelent service from all the team. Pretty quick filling some papers and not long after we were already inside of our room and our suitcases were already inside. Room: An amazing view with a surprise waiting for us, the room was beautiful decorated with roses, candles & a delicious Prosecco bottle, so romantic! The room was beautiful, warming and the most important thing: pet friendly!!!! As we traveled for the first time with our little dog. Staff is more than preparate for this, we could leave our dog inside of the room while going to the spa without any worry. Cleaning staff was always friendly and giving us an smile every time, Just great! Restaurant: I have no words to describe the service and the quality of the food! Amazing!!! We got assigned a table far from the crowd where our dog could join us every time in the restaurant. Food is so delicious, every meal we had was incredible also every night the waiters specially Tomas made us have a great time. He won our hearts! Thank you all for the patience with our dog (Tschuba) while eating time. Reception : We got some issues to book spa (was sadly full booked) and also to get a pair of extra pillows when we requested on the first night then my husband contacted the reception team on the next morning to look for a solution bc relaxation was the main purpose in this trip. Well they had straight a solution and could make 2 spa appointments and aswell we got our pillows. We couldnt aprecciate it more, surprise us how quick they react and make our time great again. Spa: What a dream, the Pool, the sauna, the steam room, massages all in all we loved it. We full recommend. We liked that a Manager was always around making sure all are having an good time, let me congratulate you for having an excelent team making a great job with every costumer in each area. We arrive from France with our dog by car, it was great from the arrival to the departure. Hotel manager always here to have a word , swimming pool great, food local and amazing, and the stube card which allows access to all top of mountains. I recommend and regret i have to leave , will come next year again.

We stayed here for three nights during a trip through the Bavarian and Austrian Alps and absolutely loved it. The property is amazing - tons of places to relax around the pool or on the grounds, especially around the natural spring. The saunas are incredible as well - there are 4 or 5 different ones with different levels of heat and humidity, so you can find the one that's best for you. The hotel itself is close to all kinds of activities - the Elferbahn that takes you to some amazing hikes is about 5 minutes away, and you can also drive a bit further to visit the Stubai Glacier. The hotel gives you a Stubai Super Card that lasts the length of your stay which covers the costs of all of the gondolas. We also took a walk one day to visit the herb farm and deer, which were fun to see as well. One of the best things about this hotel is the food - amazing breakfast buffet, good brotzeit, and absolutely incredible 5 course dinner. The dishes were unique and incredibly well done - I don't think there was a single one that we didn't love. They also have a great wine list - we enjoyed having a drink outside on the patio before dinner each night to enjoy some of the great views. We would definitely stay there again!…

First let me say I have waited a long time to stay at this hotel with covid and the hotel being full. This has to be one of the best Hotels in Neustift the décor is outstanding The hotel is so clean I had to change rooms no problem they asked would I mind. They cleaned the new one for 2 hours so it was right by them . All of the lady’s and gentlemen that work there are outstanding always smiling and my waiter remembered what I liked . The food was also very good. Breakfast was all the things you expect and eggs cooked to order. A light snack from 2 pm till 5 pm was nice. Dinner was 6 course. Salad bar. Then starter soup main dessert and cheese all well presented and cooked perfectly. There wine list is also good at prices that are right . My room was very nice an upgrade from a single to a small double. What makes this hotel outstanding is that the owners are on hand to see that the guests are happy and the hotel is well run.
