We spent the Christmas week in this wonderful hotel. We wanted to enjoy winter hiking, snowshoeing, and sledging, on top of the wonderful skiiing; The hotel is located in the middle of the Stubai Valley, allowing to perform all activities with a short drive. Do not forget that you need Winter tyres in Austria, you are not allowed to drive with summer tyres. The hotel is beautiful, with a real 'mountain charm'; Staff is very helpful, always trying to please guests. Cuisine is very tasty, and quite sophisticated. We enjoyed every meal, the buffets and their diversity. The swimming pool and spas quickly became one of our daily activities !

First let me say I have waited a long time to stay at this hotel with covid and the hotel being full. This has to be one of the best Hotels in Neustift the décor is outstanding The hotel is so clean I had to change rooms no problem they asked would I mind. They cleaned the new one for 2 hours so it was right by them . All of the lady’s and gentlemen that work there are outstanding always smiling and my waiter remembered what I liked . The food was also very good. Breakfast was all the things you expect and eggs cooked to order. A light snack from 2 pm till 5 pm was nice. Dinner was 6 course. Salad bar. Then starter soup main dessert and cheese all well presented and cooked perfectly. There wine list is also good at prices that are right . My room was very nice an upgrade from a single to a small double.
What makes this hotel outstanding is that the owners are on hand to see that the guests are happy and the hotel is well run. I would recommend this wonderful hotel.

Hotel Forster is a great place for any stay - very active excursion (skiing, snowboarding, mountain walking or hiking, biking) or, if you want just lie on the terrace enjoying the view of the mountains with organic tea, drink or coffee. You can swim in an outside pool looking for snowy peaks illuminated by the setting sun. This is amazing place for travelling alone, couples and families with children whle range of age. The Gleirscher family will prepare everything for you. They take care for everything personally each day from the morning to an evening. Each year they add something to an offer. They are friendly, caring and attentive. Fantastic food, interesting activities, nice rooms and outstanding spa with pools and saunas area as well as lake during summer. The best recommendation is that we come back here seven times. We started when our children were 6 and 10. They are adult now, but still want to go with us to the Forster! They are planning to come back with their families also. We meet the same people and families each year.

We spent a few days with our little son at this wonderful hotel. The landscape is fantastic and there are many options for hiking and other outdoor activities. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was very good and services are very child-friendly. We visited the deer and had a great time feeding them and our son also really enjoyed the warm swimming pool, playground and play room. We will gladly visit again in the future!

Outstanding hotel. The service from all staff was second to none. We enjoyed all the meals, the food was delicious. There is a bus stop right out front which made travel throughout the valley very convenient. All the amenities were clean and easily accessible. Fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful week at this family-run hotel. We felt at home, and you can see the investment and care in every point of the hotel. The garden is wonderful, the food is well thought out and feels like going out to a fine restaurant every evening. The facilities in the yard are great for children, and the spa facilities for adults are wonderful for the end of the day. The natural outdoor pools infuse an atmosphere of perfect nature. It is also a wonderful spot in the center of the valley, to go out and experience the cable cars and attractions. Highly recommended.

We visited Forster´s for the third time and are now looking forward to our next visit in February. Each stay has been an absolute pleasure. The rooms are nice - the view spectacular- the service exceptional and friendly. And finally the food is great. We enjoy the heated outside pool so much . Hello, there is many activities available during summer. Walking, mountain hiking, cycling, canoe and paragliding. There is very good paragliding center in Neustift. Stubaital is crowded during summer as wel.
There are more places to choose from in the Neustift im Stubaital area.
