"Prva maslina" is a young tourist trade, which provides tourists with accommodation to rent. It was established from our love and dedication to work and our desire to assure our respected guests comfortable accommodation and enjoyable holiday. We are located in Baška Voda, a small Dalmatian town in the Makarska Riviera, which is primarily characterized by calm and exceptionally beautiful scenery. Whoever visits us, becomes fascinated by the magic combination of the blue sea, lush green vegetation and white stones of the Biokovo mountain range, which towers over the place. In Baška Voda and its immediate surroundings you will also enjoy the unforgettable atmosphere of the Dalmatian taverns along with rich gastronomic offer of Dalmatian specialties and traditional Dalmatian songs. Our house is situated in the most attractive part of Baška Voda, in a quiet cove close to the sea, yet within easy reach of the town center. Our apartments are only 20 metres away from one of the most beautiful pebbly beaches on the Adriatic coast. From our terrace you will enjoy the magnificent and calming view of the sea and nearby islands. Last but not least, our goal is to establish an individual approach to each of our guests and to offer maximum attention to everyone. Warmth and hospitality of the hosts and the staff will greet you not only on the day of your arrival but also throughout your stay, offering you the opportunity of feeling at home.

My husband, our 6 year old daughter and I, have spent one week in Prva Maslina in August 2020. That was really our perfect vacation. The hosts, Tatjana and Goran are amazing people, so pleasant, friendly, making you feel at home. The apartments are very nice, perfectly clean and well equipped. The house is in the first row, just in the front of the beautiful pebbles beach with cristal clear sea... Very beautiful is also the place , Baska Voda, surrounded with massive mountain Biokovo, which makes it look so special. It was our perfect summer and we strongly recommend to visit Baska Voda and to stay in Prva Maslina!!! Unforgettable vacation!!!

This is an excellent choice whether you travel solo or going for a family vacation. The apartments are located just a few feet away from the main beach, and one minute walking from the centre of the town. Interior is modern and will accomodate the needs even of most demanding customers. The view is magnificent. Above all, I have to add that the our hosts were more than accommodative to our needs. Their hospitality was top notch! I would highly recommend Prva Maslina to anybody visiting Croatia.

We come to Tatiana and Goran for several years, my wife and I, and my sons also. So pleasant and cordial hosts are hard to find. The apartments are first class, equipment, appearance, cleanliness, can not find a single flaw. The house is at the position of your dreams, beautiful beaches are right in front of her, grandiose Biokovo behind. Impressive, indeed. And not to forget, very close to the beach bar "Southern Comfort", our favorite spot, too :). I recommend to anyone who loves the sea and Dalmatia, the most beautiful summer resort in the world. I have been twice in the "Prva maslina" - May 2011 and 2012., Both times in the company of a larger group of friends. The apartments are new, modern - air conditioning, TV, internet. Location of the house is excellent - especially the ability to swim at the beach just below the house. But what is especially worth noting - these are the hosts. The feeling that you are a welcome guest will not be leaving - not a moment you will not feel like a "classic" tourists, but you feel like you are staying in people who are dear and that will help you in every possible trouble that at some travel can occur. The warmest recommendations.

We was in Prva Maslina very very nice holiday. It is very good for family or for friends. Owners are fun excellent hosts. House and apartments are tidy with full services. The apartments are near the beach and center of the city. There are the beautiful view of the see and the city.

The rooms are clean, quiet and very nice. There is free parkingspace in the yard. The owners are very helpfull. Ask them if you need something. They give you the best insidertips which are not even mentioned in the travelling books.

We spent our vacation many times at "Prva maslina" house in Baška Voda. Beautiful pebble beach is literary just a few meters away from house, perfect for families with small kids. Once you park a car, there is no need to use it. Shops, restaurants and city center are really close. Of course you can go by car for an excursion on one of famous destinations such as Medjugorje, ancient towns like Split or Dubrovnik etc. Tatjana and Goran (the owners) are ready to help guests anytime. Apartments are very nice and clean, balconies have splendid panorama view far away on the horizon. So, if you like Makarska riviera or Dalmatia this is a place to be recommended no matter if you stay in two or in larger group.

Exceptional location in Baška Voda. This place truly allows you to fully enjoy the charms of the sea and seashore. Apartments are modern and fully functional. Magical view grom the terrace. Not to mention that it is one step to the sea. Cosiness like at home with kindness of the host. "Prva Maslina" is the place I always come black to. I would recommend this place to everyone!
