We have just returned from a week at Sandaya Deux Fontaines camp site. 5 families a total party of 19, mixed family and friends. Lovely and clean campsite, we stayed in a 4 shell Cottage and it was very nice, clean and tidy. The decking was a bit wobbly and rattled a bit in the wind. Pool was squeaky clean, and I liked that they were very strict about no food or drinks being allowed in the pool area, and this makes total sense. All of the children loved the numerous pools and the water slides. The weather was beautiful for the time of year. The beach is just a short walk away and also clean and tidy, no shops there so take food and drinks with you. A bit further up is another beach which is great for rock pooling. The shop was only open at certain times, but when it was, it sold all the essentials you may have forgotten to pack. The lady in the shop was extremely friendly. The children spent the most time in the club area and playing in the park and on the bouncy castle, this is also a French resort so a lot of the entertainment is in French and English, we had great fun taking part in a name that song and artist competition and the lad that ran it spoke good English as did the bar man. We found all the staff very welcoming and very helpful, all the staff around the pool were lovely. I would definitely stay again as it was so relaxing and quiet. I would say, make sure you pack your Speedos! Swimming shorts are NOT allowed in the pool, we knew this beforehand but we witnessed several people being asked to leave the pool as they were wearing incorrect swim wear. France has strict rules on pool swimwear. There was a big sign telling everybody that swimming shorts were not allowed (they do have to be tight fitting shorts or budgie smugglers) but people chose to ignore it, the staff are just doing their jobs to keep the pool clean. I saw the water being tested throughout the day from every pool everyday and this was reassuring. On our last night we all ordered take away from the site, we ordered chicken nuggets and chips and Pizzas and they were all delicious! All in all we all had an amazing holiday. Thank you Sandaya Deux Fontaines!

Hello Kristy, Your comment is simply wonderful and rewards our daily efforts to offer you an excellent holiday that meets your expectations as closely as possible! Brightening up your holiday, and allowing you to enjoy memorable experiences is our challenge at the campsite Deux Fontaines. 🌞 Our Water Park, with its indoor heated swimming pool, large outdoor pools, massaging bubbles, toboggan runs and solarium area, is a delight for our holidaymakers. Thank you for underlining the respect of the sanitary measures, swimming shorts are forbidden and this is stipulated on our website. The aim is to reduce pollution in the pools in order to preserve water quality. This is a standard applied throughout France in public areas. We'll pass on all your compliments to the teams who made your stay so pleasant. We're delighted to know that the fine weather let you enjoy the beaches and our unspoilt environment. You've probably discovered Raguenez beach, nicknamed "Tahiti beach", less than 1 km away. We hope to see you again for another holiday on the Atlantic coast. The Sandaya team Campsite Deux Fontaines 4*

Whilst we haven’t actually arrived on site yet, it scores low due to lack of cooking facilities in the cabins. I’m so glad I checked before packing the car and could include what we need!
There are no ovens, only a (small) microwave plus gas hob. If you want a bbq, it’s €20 a week to rent one.
Shockingly there is no kettle supplied as standard - you have to hand over your ID at reception to borrow one - and you won’t get your ID back until you hand back the kettle at the end if your stay.
No idea why they don’t trust their customers with a kettle but happily provide a coffee machine but this doesn’t bode well for putting the customer first…..
We’ve stayed regularly at sites operated by other companies (Eurocamp and Al Fresco) and we’ve never come across this. Admittedly we last travelled 5 years ago but unless all companies now restrict your cooking options, this seems a bit bizarre….

Hello Louise, Thank you for choosing Sandaya Deux Fontaines for your next holiday in France. We don't quite understand why you have come back when you had all this information when you made your booking. We are sorry that you did not take the time to read our descriptions. We have a gas cooker and a microwave to make it easier for you to prepare your meals, as in the majority of campsites in France. As for the kettles, you should know that if we had to set up this system it's because we've unfortunately had to deal with many disappearances of these. This allows us to ensure that our guests have the equipment they need and want. It is with pleasure that we take into account your remarks and hope that you will spend a pleasant stay in our beautiful region of Brittany. We look forward to welcoming you soon for a wonderful family holiday. The Sandaya team Campsite Deux Fontaines 4*

We had a great holiday at Les 2 Fontains. The pitch was spacious, shaded and well maintained. The staff were amazing! I had a problem with my car and the Manager and the girls on reception arranged a local garage to carry out the repairs for me. They also arranged a visit to a local vet in Pont Avon for our dog to get the worming treatment required before our return journey. If only they could have taken care of our Covid testing too! Very, Very Highly Recommended.

We spent 6 nights here on a family trip - the facilities were good and well maintained, the campsite is a bit of a trip from the nearest village (7 mins drive) or beach (7 mins drive). On our second last day the maintenance crews were cutting the hedgerows and cut through one of the guys ropes on our tent. When we discovered this they admitted responsibility, but said there was nothing they could do and directed us to the reception area. The staff at the reception area said there was nothing they could, but suggested we could just tie it together. After explaining to them that it was there responsibility to replace our property that their staff had damaged they said there was nothing they could do, but that we should buy a replacement rope and send the receipt to Sandaya HQ. We did this (even though that involved a detour from our journey) and submitted the receipt to the HQ on our return home. They responded and said there was nothing they could do except note the incident. When we queried this we were told that the incident was closed. After this complete lack of ownership from Sandaya I cannot recommend staying here. In response to the onsite manager's comment that he would hope to see us again - like the cut rope I'm afraid not.

Dear holidaymaker, Thank you for choosing our campsite for your holidays in Southern Brittany. The Sandaya Deux Fontaines campsite is lucky enough to benefit from a number of advantages: an unspoilt green setting, direct access to the famous Tahiti beach and an ideal location for visiting Concarneau and Brittany's rich heritage. We are sorry to hear that your stay has been affected by this incident. We apologise for the inconvenience. The teams apologised on the spot and one of their members offered you a bottle of cider. Whenever possible, when we have the necessary equipment, we will offer you a replacement, but we do not have this type of equipment. We sincerely hope that you will nevertheless have fond memories of your stay and that we will have another opportunity to convince you of our real desire to satisfy you! Our stay at Deux Fontaines coincided with a week of rain and high winds but despite that we had an enjoyable time at the camp site.

We stayed in one of the new chalets at the back of the site, which were in great condition (as they should be!), were well cleaned and had a lovely terrace and seating.

Check-in was very swift and efficient.

The pool area is just about big enough for the site, although if they expand it any further, they will certainly need additional swimming and seating areas.

The shop was well stocked and the pizza take away a big hit.

The only negative area was the bar, where the staff seemed a bit lacklustre - tables weren't cleaned very often, service wasn't particularly fast and the decor is a bit dated.

The site is a short walk to a nice beach and there's lots to see in the area.

Dear holidaymaker, Thank you for your detailed feedback about your stay at Camping Sandaya Deux Fontaines 4*. We are delighted that you enjoyed your holiday despite the capricious weather this week. Yes, the Rospico area is new, it is a PREMIUM area and the Cottages are new, as you say, they are sublime, with their beautiful terrace, the calm of the wooded and pedestrian environment. We are pleased that you enjoyed the takeaway pizzas and the efficiency of our small grocery shop. We take good note of your feedback about the bar service. Finally, we are delighted that you enjoyed our charming location close to the beach and the local sights. There's nothing like a day out exploring Brittany's heritage, from Pont-Aven to Concarneau (a medieval walled town). We look forward to welcoming you back so that you can enjoy a stay in the sun and discover even more of the beauty of our region. The Sandaya team Campsite Deux Fontaines 4*

We had a brilliant time at this campsite. Excellent swimming pools and bar area. Staff very, very friendly and helpful and whilst we were pretty much the only English couple there we were made to feel so welcomed and everyone did all they could to help us during our stay. Fabulous stay and would definately visit again.

Great pool area with lots of sun beds that did not get reserved with towels all the time. It all felt very clean and safe. Accommodation was comfortable and functional. Kids loved the skate park. Shop was limited. Takeaway was good for pizzas but other food was not amazing. All equipment for sports was available to borrow. Mostly French guests but everyone was very friendly.

Overall a good site with very few issues (showers needed more cleaning ) Well located with good facilities. pitches were a good size.

Kids had lots to do.
Make sure you order your bread in order not to be disappointed but this might just be as we were there at the season end.

We arrived after they had bad rain for a few weeks and ended up having our first week at around 31 degrees - great. This is our 6th year caravanning in France and we usually book with Keycamp or Eurocamp. We decided to try direct with the site and booked their Luxe caravan. It was new this year and the most modern caravan we've stayed in. It is just like the loft caravan with Eurocamp but without the loft area. It was less than half the price of Keycamp/Eurocamp and is the only caravan that I have not had to clean before we settled in. It was spotless. If you have one of their caravans, you tend to get the better pitches aswell. We were situated right next to the big field where all the activities take place. Downside - take your own kettle if you want. I thought that it was just missing out of the caravan but I was told by reception that they don't have them as they use saucepans. The site is situated in a very rural area, which we like. There is a supermarket in Nevez and others in towns further afield. This site was not crowded and there were many pitches empty but this was good and meant that this is the first year that we have not had to take our own chairs/lilos to sit on at the pool. You could get a bed at the pool at any time of the day - guaranteed!! Quite a novelty. The pool was more than sufficient for our three boys - 14, 10 and 8. The shop on site was ok but we tended to stock up at the supermarket so only used it for bread and croissants in the morning. The snack bar is ok too and we used it a few times. The only downside was that it is not open late. We arrived at 8.30pm and by the time we had sorted ourselves out and got to the snack bar it was 9.30pm and it was closed. We ended up having pringles from the bar for our tea as there is nothing locally either. If your arriving late, bear this in mind. We felt very confident to let our children roam free as this site is secure, clean and not busy. There was no problem with teenagers that we have had in previous years at other sites and overall, this was a lovely site which we would consider going to again. It is worth a trip to Concarneu - a lovely walled town. Pont Aven is also a lovely town. The local beach is a 10 minute walk but there are some gorgeous coved beaches just a mile down the road which were never busy and extremely clean. We came in from Caen and it took just 3.50 hours and was pretty straight forward to get to. The local towns are very clean and put the English to shame.
