We had a very plain room on the ground floor and got little sleep because of all of the street noise. The ad said there was no on site parking but plenty of free parking nearby. All of the parking near the hotel was full but the receptionist found us an off street spot to park near our room. There...

We ignored the bad reviews as the King was under new management - but to our peril. We were with a school group and were not provided with towels. When we asked for towels, there were only enough for half the group. The rooms we were put in bear NO resemblance to the website and were old and dated. Some...

I travelled to this hotel with a large group of students from England in October. Upon arrival, all was good. We were shown to our rooms by the staff who didn't seem particularly happy. After dragging our cases up the stairs, I entered to see a relatively clean room. For the amount paid, I got what I expected. A decent...

Hello, We have taken into account your feedback and we are sorry for any inconvenience. The least when accompanying a school group with such children is to pay attention to what the material is respected, because there was a key and store break. Best regard.

There's no disputing King Hotel is basic but we were delighted to find somewhere (anywhere) to stay after rolling up at lunchtime on a Saturday on an August holiday weekend. We may well have got the last rooms available and were also lucky enough to get a parking space right in front of the entrance. While the large family/school trip...

Probably the worst food I have ever come across. Brings shame on French cooking. Rooms more akin to a hostel in the developing world. Rude staff who don't seem to care and are expert at excuses. This is the hotel of shame and is disgusting, nothing positive to say.

We were a party of three couples, two American and one French, who spent four days here touring the D-day sites. Rooms are small but clean and well-serviced. European-style shower and tub in most rooms. The hotel is located two very short blocks from the canal of this very picturesque fishing village in the very center of the many museums,...

The hotel was nice enough for the price we were paying even tho the staff was completely unhelpful when we asked how to get to Omaha Beach — they just told us to go to the Tourism Office which was closed and then they told us to go back the next day and it was still closed, then they told...
